It’s highly unprofessional for a veterinarian to be laughing and talking about an animal they are treating in the hallway with the other staff when the owner is obviously trying to get it help. The walls are thin and we heard everything HE said, so I don’t know why he thought that was a good idea. It puts a really sour taste in your mouth when the people who are supposed to be helping animals are making fun of you behind your back. It makes you wonder if they are actually taking care of the animals here. The two women veterinarians that are here and the rest of the staff are wonderful, no complaints. We’ve seen this office for years, but we’re switching now.

Dr Liz & her entire staff are friendly, understanding, honest & caring. We had to make the difficult decision of putting our beloved down a few years ago & they were incredibly compassionate & gave us all the time we needed, allowing as many people we needed to come say their goodbye. In the last 4 years since we've been bringing our 2 dogs here for all their vet needs. Even bringing them to Petcare in Haughton after we moved to Mississippi. We will not use any other veterinary clinic & regularly recommend Petcare to anyone.

Our 17 year old shorkie, Baxter passed yesterday. The loving true compassion shown by you and your staff can never be repaid. Thank you for making yesterday easier for us. God bless you and your staff.

I am an existing client of this clinic and have previously brought in multiple pets and paid for services and medications without issue, which makes this experience extremely shocking & disappointing. I brought in an outdoor cat for treatment and was initially quoted & signed an agreement for $169, but the later increased to over $364 without a clear explanation. When I called simply to ask about the price increase, the receptionist automatically assumed that I could not afford the bill. I planned on picking up my cat the next morning by noon as discussed, but I accidentally overslept. I missed two phone calls & within 10 mins of the designated pick up time, a state trooper was banging on my door. I was told that if the cat was not picked up and the bill paid by Thursday, there would be criminal charges. This was completely unnecessary and an extreme overreaction, especially considering I never indicated any intention of abandoning my cat and have an established history as a paying client. You all may need to revaluate how u present prices & give services without clients permission. When asked how much my bill will be that means overall not partial. This situation should have

We needed to find a new vet for medical boarding for our dog Luna. From the time we walked in from the receptionist to technicians then to Dr.Brown everyone was amazing! You can tell everyone truly cares about the patient here. There is a true warmth and heart and I’m so thankful we found this place by recommendations! This will be our place from now on! ❤️✨🐾 The peace you get when you have people that care and I know Luna will be well cared for here!!! 10/10 🌟💫
