petbar Boutique - Houston (Bellaire)

I’ve taken my 123lb, 10-year-old Husky/Malamute/Shepherd mix to some of the best salons in Houston over the last decade, but our recent visit to petbar Boutique - Bellaire was hands-down the best experience of his life. From the moment we walked in, Sharon at the front desk was incredibly professional and sweet. However, Castro, who handled his wash, was truly beyond amazing. She was meticulous and thorough, but more importantly, she was gentle and compassionate. Dealing with a geriatric dog of his size comes with physical limitations, and Castro prioritized his comfort with one-on-one care that showed her deep experience with senior pets. She even included a teeth brushing, all at a very fair price. I’ve finally found our 'forever salon' where I don't have to worry about his safety or hot spots. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I took my dogs to Dina at Glamour Dogs for many years. After she passed, I tried several grooms and was disappointed, either with the grooming or the customer service. Then we found PetBar Boutique and they are fantastic! Friendly service. Easy scheduling. Excellent grooming. Reasonably priced. We will keep coming back.

I had come to PETBAR because my other salon no longer groomed cats. As soon as I walked in I was politely greeted with a warm welcome and smile. My groomer was introduced and he listened to my needs. He made recommendations and did a thorough excellent job. My cat was accommodated and treated with love and care. I will be returning in the future.

I've been a member at Pet Bar Bellaire for 2 years now and it's been fantastic! The membership includes washing and teeth brushing, which is perfect for keeping my dog clean and healthy. I come in weekly and the staff is always nice and helpful. The best part is how great my Milo smells after each visit , the products they use really work well. Having the membership makes regular grooming so convenient and affordable. Highly recommend for any dog owner who wants to keep their pet looking and smelling their best :)

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the grooming service. I have been bringing my first dog here for quite some time without any issues, which is why I trusted you with my new puppy. However, after Milo’s very first bath and grooming appointment, he was returned to me with a noticeable injury near his eye, swelling, redness, and signs of pain. What surprised me the most was the response I received. I was told that no one did it and that they didn’t know how it happened. I was even told that Milo looked fine when he came out of the grooming room, and it was suggested that maybe my other dog, Mía, could have caused it. I had already paid for the service and had even signed up for the membership because I trusted this business. The only solution offered was that I wouldn’t be charged for the next bath. To make matters worse, the only thing I was given was a small bottle that I was told was to help stop the bleeding. Considering the condition in which my puppy was returned to me, I do not feel that this was an appropriate response. There was no clear explanation, no accountability, and no real concern shown for an injury that occurred while he was in your care. A free bath on
