Pet Works

I purchased a couple items from the store. Went home and discovered that the seal on the allergy vitamins was not sealed but thought I would give to my shihzu anyway. She would not touch it and she will eat anything. I thought that was odd and smelled the jar, it smelled like rotten sour milk! I took the the jar back to the store and told them about the seal and the smell. The cashier smelled it and said it wasn't sour, she took it to the back and had someone else smell it as well. They supposedly said it didn't smell good but didnt smell sour. The cashier said that since the container doesn't say how it is to be stored that the seal really didn't matter. She said just take it and put it in peanut butter then my dog would eat. A NO! I'm not feeding her something that is spoiled and will make her sick. She said the seal was broke because someone probably opened it to smelled it, like no big deal. I have a $35 bottle of vitamins that I had to throw out. My husband said I should have left it there, to which I replied NO because I wouldn't want them to resale it to anyone else. This could have easily been resolved by exchanging mine with one that is still sealed, I was not asking for

Petworks did SUCH an amazing job on our little bean. He has never looked cuter 🥰 petworks was also very very friendly and accommodating! Wanted a Saturday spot and they were able to squeeze me in. Definitely will be our groomer every time from here on out!

Just took my 2 Aussies ( one is 13 years old and the other has a torn right ACL after her left was torn with successful surgery) and 1 Havanese (5 years old) for grooming. I'm from out of town so as you can imagine, I was worried about my fur babies. I am happy to say that the care given to my pups by the grooming staff was exceptional. They all looked absolutely gorgeous after their grooming. The staff informed me of their good behavior while undergoing their grooming and we're cautious with the torn ACL. Will definitely return.

Wonderful, helpful pet store. Have been so good to suggest healthy treats for my puppy and dog food that keeps her healthy. My dog loves coming into the shop as the owners are friendly and kind to her. Totally recommend! Both locations are fabulous! Here’s my puppy celebrating her first birthday, all thanks to Petworks.

My family and I love PetWorks!! The grooming is great, they do a wonderful job on our Yorkie and Shih Tzu. They have great quality food and treats, we’ve noticed a big difference in our pets after switching to their food! The staff and owner are so, so friendly. Love the new location as well ☺️
