We love shopping here for all of our granddog’s needs. It truly is a one-stop shop. We purchase his dog food and treats here, and we also bring him in for his baths. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which makes every visit a great experience. We highly recommend this store to other pet families!

Wide verity of Pet Wants.....and Needs I'll say! Evan A Sweeky Clean Bath for your Fur Baby. I really love the Grain Free Kibble buy by the pound dry dog food. Not paying for "air space" in pre-packaged bags is a game changer for me!

Brooke and Julian were awesome! Place is stocked with lots of favorites and prices for midtown ATL are reasonable . Great place to wash your dogs!

Went in yesterday after my dog had an allergic reaction to his prescription diet that was going to hopefully make him 100%. He’s always suffered from bad allergies, but I haven’t seen him break out like this in years. I ended doing research for a few days and decided to come here and go with a more natural food approach. The service I received was absolutely AMAZING! I went in yesterday with an idea of what I would like to purchase for him and walked out with nothing of the sorts, in which I’m super grateful for because it just shows how knowledgeable and caring their staff is. Whoever helped me (I forgot her name) took the time to listen to his issues and we decided on half raw/half kibble diet which is what I was going for, but she recommended a different brand that I didn’t see in my research, but I felt like it would work better for his needs than the other. I would much rather go through trial and error with this company and food then my pup being on antibiotics & steroids for his reactions to food (he also has environmental allergies). Super grateful for all the help and he actually thanked me for his meal today which he hasn’t done since he started the prescription diet. THA

I really enjoy shopping here! The staff is very passionate and knowledgeable but in addition to that, they are so focused on making sure their clients' needs are taken care of. Recently they made an honest mistake in the order for my dog's food and the way they rectified it was so impressive! It was the right product but my dog needed smaller bites. I could have easily used what they ordered but they wanted me to have what I ordered which I really appreciated. They did a re-order but to get it sooner, they sent it to another location and then had it couriered to me! Aside from that, the other location contacted me to make sure it was sent to me at a time I could be at my house to receive the delivery. Just wow! But it didn't stop there. It was MY mistake that I was so low on food for my dog but they insisted on comping me a very comparable food to feed until my delivery came in just a day or two later. That was WAY over and beyond. My point in all of this is that they shined when I would have been just as happy taking home the perfectly usable food....they don't want the client experience to be good. They want it to be EXCELLENT and they sure do that each and every tim
