Excellent staff more than willing to help as they answered ally questions without even a hint of impatience. My little scooter was left outside without any problems and the staff quickly greeted me and showed me their stock of well taken care of fish. The selection was great and the care taken in each tank was evident as all the fish were vibrant and active with no traces of ick or disease. Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a quality pet store.

I had a very frustrating experience here. I was charged for a teeth brushing service for my dog, but when I picked her up, it was obvious it was not done—her breath still smelled the same. When I called to ask about it, the employee I spoke. (The older Hispanic guy that works there) to was clearly stumbling over his words and trying to cover it up instead of being honest. I returned to get a refund, which I did receive, but the interaction in person made things worse. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the employee became argumentative and started telling me what I should or shouldn’t say when requesting services. That is completely unprofessional—if a service is not performed.. You don’t tell me what the hell should come out of my mouth!!! Customers have every right to question it and ask for their money back. His behavior came across as very erratic and mentally unstable, and the situation was made far more dramatic than it needed to be. This could have been resolved quickly with honesty and accountability. Because of this experience, I will not be bringing my dog back here. I do not trust the quality of care or the way customers are treated. And another thing is this

One of my 2 dogs got snipped and they didn’t tell me. The cut my her leg looks bad Their grooming is always consistent and amazing

BEST PET STORE IN DFW. The owner is amazing, OG in animal care and breeding. Got 20 shrimp for 5 bucks. Highly recommend over big box stores give this man your business! Prices are on point and the variety is out of the world! Only shopping here from now. Btw, that picture is only a 1/4 of his store!

Hands down best fish store in the area. Great selection of a variety of fish. Fair prices. This is very much an "old school" styled pet store really with a good selection of birds and rodents but I am always here for the fish. They have a decent stock of Saltwater fish and crustaceans but not as well stocked as freshwater fish. They have a good selection of peaceful schooling and community fish for the casual keep and a great selection of C/A, S/A and African Cichlids and puffers and other rare and exotic fish. They usually have a good selection of rocks to choose from but have no coral or live plants.
