Missy had not been eating for two days. I was terrified. I arrived here shortly before 10 on a Thursday. I was not the only patient. A staff member came out to carry her in for me, after directing me to the handicapped spot. The place was clean, odor free, well laid out. The check in was easy. The doc appeared soon. After examining her he gave me two options, recommended the least invasive and least expensive. She came home and ate! It was a most pleasant vet visit! I do recommend.

On an awful night where we thought our dogs hip or arthritis might have just been acting up. Then it became a situation where she would never leave with us again. These folks where kind considerate and accommodating we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much. Here's a photo from a happier day.

Last night my Mocha..Mochie…Mochachocalaladada somehow managed to crack her nail down to the quick. I called my usual emergency vet and they were busy and said it was going to be a long night. After a referral to the Pet Urgent Care, we arrived and were seen right away. The team reviewed her injury, told us the plan, how much it would be and how long the procedure would take. They treated my baby girl with love and kindness and were thorough and timely. The waiting room had everything you could want, snacks, phone chargers and a movie! Definitely kept us comfortable while we waited for our loved one! I hope I don’t need to go back, but if there’s an emergency this is the best place to go!

This is a top-notch urgent care facility with fair, transparent pricing and an outstanding team. My dog, Angus, recently underwent emergency bowel obstruction surgery, and from the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. The veterinarians and staff took the time to thoroughly explain Angus’s diagnosis, treatment options, and what to expect throughout his recovery. They answered every question I had and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made an extremely stressful situation much easier to navigate. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary tests or procedures—everything was clearly explained and focused on what was best for my dog. Before the procedure, I asked several friends to guess what my bill would be, and every estimate came in 50–100% higher than what I actually paid. Given the level of care Angus received, I was pleasantly surprised by how fair and reasonable the pricing was. The facility was clean, organized, and efficient, and it was obvious that the staff genuinely cared about Angus rather than treating him like just another patient. Most importantly, Angus is recovering well and i

After an entire week of going to my primary vet, blue pearl and back to primary I decided to try Pet Urgent Care in Troy as a last effort to get my cat some relief as she struggled through a partial stomach blockage. All week she was given fluids, I was told she’d need surgery, etc. At Pet Urgent Care they gave her exactly what she needed to pass the partial obstruction - no surgery, no overnight stay. I’m sad I didn’t come here first. Additionally, the rooms are clean, the waiting room is welcoming with a movie playing and complimentary water/snacks. Overall a great place that truly cares about pets and owners.
