I shop here frequently. Staff is very welcoming and helpful and always help carry my large bag of dog food for me. It’s a great local pet supply store to shop at. The manager Tiffany is extremely kind and caring. I will keep coming back for my pet needs. Thanks again for having such great customer service❤️

This store has become my go to store for pet supplies. I want to shout out the manager today for going above and beyond When they didn’t have an item in stock I needed to qualify for the sale price. This is also the only place I can find the 40lb bag of kitty litter I use and it’s a seriously great price.

I’ve taken my dog here to be groomed about 4 times. Each time it went just fine. But this last time, when i called to make the appointment, they were belligerent about her rabies documentation, which i explained that I already had. Then she began to talk about the age of my dog and that she may not “tolerate” the grooming. Meanwhile, my dog has been fine every time I’ve brought her here. I was at work and had to hang up, while she kept on talking and trying to keep me on the phone about my dog’s disposition. I brought her in for her scheduled appointment, she mentioned her age for the third time. I told her she would be fine. She ended up calling me to pick her up because she said she didn’t “tolerate” her face being trimmed. When i arrived at the store, i saw how horrible my dog looked. Her face was long and shaggy while her body was trimmed. She stated she wouldn’t charge me. She stated they could no longer groom my dog. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have come up with this out of nowhere, while she’s been completely fine the last 4 times i brought her. Now suddenly she has an issue? And the fact that she tried to say my dog had an issue before she even saw my dog was abso

SERVICE: wow! this place was way better than I ever expected. The store manager, Tiffany was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming when we arrived and offered to help us find what we were looking for. She quickly took us to the aisle and helped us find the product we were looking for. We even asked questions about the product and she was able to expertly speak on the products. I was surprised how many services they offer at this location, including a community center, dog washing, dog, grooming, and more. There are a few barking spots located directly in front of the store entrance. This was a really nice touch to have reserved spaces for both online orders and in general for guests specifically patron Ing this store. PRODUCTS: the aisles were completely stocked Roto row with thousands of great products. They carry everything from top name brands to local fines. When wandering the aisles, I noticed the store had a wide variety of fresh pet food in refrigeration containers, as well as dry food for the animals. There was such a variety of not only food, but even dog treats and cat treats sprinkled throughout the store. While a large majority of their products center around dogs,

First time using self dog wash station. It was nice, but floor was covered in dog hair, step into wash was covered in hair, there was hair from previous dog in the wash ( my dogs are gold and white, the floor was covered all in black dog hair) and there was a giant pile of used towels in the corner. After EVERY dog wash the floor and wash station should at least be moped clean of hair. Also the nozzle for the dryer popped off at least 4 times. I don’t mind waiting for it to be cleaned and sanitized in between uses. But I don’t think it is being done. It’s a nice wash station, I would come again but employees need to clean more between each and every wash.
