Brooklyn was amazing! She was so friendly and very informative when my kids were asking questions about all the different fish and reptiles! We had so much fun and will be back soon, thank you Brooklyn for turning a regular trip for dogfood into so much fun!

Pet Supplies Plus in West Hartford has become my go-to pet store. They have an amazing selection of dog treats, chews, and toys, which means I can usually find exactly what I need without having to order from Amazon and wait for shipping. What really stood out during my last visit was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and took time out of their day to help me get set up with the rewards program and answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that combines great selection with genuinely helpful customer service. Highly recommend for any pet owner in the area!

Kemi and Alyzha were amazing helpers today. Helped us make a great fish purchase to add to our seven year olds beta fish tank. If all employees were this good retailers would never have any problems. Please give them a high five in the morning meeting for us. Also please have the DM give them kudos as well.
