I love Pet Supplies Plus especially their reward program! Today we visited the store searching to change our cat’s food and find supplements. Shanna the pet nutritionist came out to greet us and provided us with very helpful information that helped us choose promising items for our cat Maple. We did not know this store had a pet nutritionist and we are very grateful for Shanna’s help and all the friendly staff!

I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service my Pomeranian received. When we arrived, I had a detailed conversation with the groomer, Nicole, and specifically requested a show-style trim. Nicole informed me that my dog had a few knots on the back of her neck, and I acknowledged that those areas might need to be trimmed. However, I clearly stated that I did not want her coat shaved or heavily cut because preserving a Pomeranian’s coat is extremely important. Despite those instructions, my dog was returned with a large area shaved around her rear end. This is not what a show-style Pomeranian trim looks like, and it is not what I authorized. Nicole told me this was done because of matting and referred to it as a “sanitary trim.” I do not believe the condition of my dog’s coat justified such an extreme shave. My dog has been groomed by other professionals in the past, including when she had some knots, and no one has ever shaved her in this manner. What is most frustrating is that I was very clear about my expectations beforehand. If Nicole believed extensive shaving was necessary, I should have been contacted and given the opportunity to approve or decline it before any ir

Nya is an awesome groomer! She took great care of my little Kodi, got all of his knots and he was happy. A doggie Mommie can always tell when her baby has been well cared for. Thank you!!! This was my second time using her. I just hope she doesn’t get too booked!

This is a nice clean pet supply retailer. They have a grooming salon and a self bathing area for you to wash your fur babies. The food and pet supply selection is quite large and they will price match their competitors. The staff was kind and affable and welcomed my review with no hesitation. It has all you could do need for your pets and even a few critters and fish for sale as well. Recommend for sure.
