We love our local Pet Supplies Plus location in Somersworth! They are always very warm, kind, and helpful. We also bring our dog Buster to them for grooming services and the are wonderful. Really appreciate them!

PSP checks all of the boxes for my favorite pet supply store. Very easy ordering, my pickup was waiting for me and PSP offered a very good discount on the dog food I purchased. They make taking good care of my dogs a bit easier.

A couple months ago I would’ve given this store 5 stars. I’ve been going here for like a year and a half and never had any problems. The last three times I’ve come into the store there has been rotten, or sick, frozen mice in the fridge. I understand getting sent a bad batch but maybe it is a good idea to be checking the boxes before placing them on the floor for customers to grab. The last two times I have told staff and they grab a couple new boxes from the back to give to me and those mice have been fine, but afterward they are not checking the rest of the boxes in the fridge. Today I grabbed three boxes (6 packs) out of the fridge and all were bad. I told staff I didn’t check the rest (because obviously I do not work there) and others may still be bad. And they continued on with their other tasks. The staff here are all super friendly and I am not writing a negative review about them at all. This has been my ONLY problem with PSP, and only like the last month. Will probably still come here for supplies and such. The issues with the mice NEEDS to be fixed. Especially because there are unfortunately, uneducated and sorry, dumb, pet owners out there that would buy these mice and f

This pet store is fantastic! Their dog wash station is a game-changer—steps make it easy for older dogs to walk right in. Staff is always friendly and helpful and their loyalty cards make things super convenient.

Allie was amazing, she was so nice and accommodating to my senior tri-pawd bestie!! His full service groom and tooth care was just perfect and he wasn't stressed out at all. This was my first time grooming at Pet Supplies Plus so naturally I was nervous, but I could see Allie was genuinely kind and it put me right at ease. It is an open establishment and I could see all the other pups being groomed while I was there and everyone was so sweet to all the dogs. It was a wonderful experience and I will go back when I visit my family!! The store employees were also very nice and helpful. 5stars100%
