Came in the other day and the Guinea Pigs have barely any hay in their enclosures. That is unacceptable as hay is 80% of their diet. 1) it keeps them regular 2) it keeps their teeth from growing too long. A pet store should know this information. Oh I understand that you want to sell bonded guinea pigs but 2 in that 10 gallon cage is way too small!!!

Ever since the store was sold it has become the worst shopping experience I've had. It's hard to tell who's an employee and who is shopping. Having worked here in the past I am astonished by just how horrible this establishment has become. The employees don't know how to work the register, they don't know how to answer pet questions correctly, and the inside is gross. There were dead flies at the windows which I know are supposed to be cleaned. The only good thing about this store are the remaining employees from before. The new ones are untrained and lost. They need SERIOUS HELP.

Would give zero if I could. I have been going here for over 5 years consistently. I have gotten all my needs for my dogs and have enjoyed shopping here. This store has gone completely downhill the past six months. I have placed orders that were never filled, then lied to when I called to ask if the order was there. Drove to pick it up and it is not there and no one would help me in the store. Will not be back. It is such a shame because I really did enjoy going to this location and have easily spent thousands of dollars here over the years.

The staff is usually helpful and friendly and I am usually able to find the things that I need and make my purchase quickly. I understand supply chain shortages so if I can't find what I am looking for I just come back later. I had an incident recently that did not go well. I was trying to purchase a bottle of Arith-soothe, an arthritic joint supplement, as it was displayed as being basically half off in a clearance sale. It was my mistake that I didn't halt the purchase right at the cash register; however, before I exited I looked at my receipt thinking it was a little higher than I anticipated and I found it rung up full price. I turned around and attempted to have the error corrected saying that it is listed as full price and I wanted it at half. I even walked back to the shelf with an employee to double check it and they agreed it was half off. For some reason the system wouldn't let the employee provide that clearance price. I don't blame the employee in any of this, but I do ask that the bar codes be double checked and that you be able to override prices to the price advertised at the cash register. I still would recommend this store as I want to promote locally owned and ope

I love this store so much! It is by far my favorite pet store in the area. They always have an incredible variety of products for all my pets, I can even find everything I need for my turtle Kevin! Last week I was in a hurry and I accidentally left my credit card in the store, and they took the time to call me (I am a member) to let me know so I could come back and get it! <3 thank you so much guys!! I also love their delivery service. They’re always so careful, attentive, and kind. You can tell the staff genuinely care about both the customers and their pets.
