I brought my Maltese age 14 yrs old in today for grooming. Both groomers were exceptionally caring and so gentle with her. Everything went A-ok. It was a bit dramatic but we all got thru it.

I first want to say that Doug was incredible. He was super helpful, very kind, and someone who deserves recognition. I’d give five stars to just him. Unfortunately the three star rating is because the nail trim was the worst my dogs have ever had. Their nails are barely cut down, they are sharp and split. She couldn’t do a nail grind which is what my appointment was for because my dog was moving slightly (my dog has gotten nail grinds before with no issue). It was a massive waste of money and I have to pay someone else at a different store to redo them so I am really unhappy with that. I do not think I will be returning to the store unless absolutely necessary. I want to share that I called and they made everything right. I am very impressed with their willingness to fix things. They redid my dogs nails and they are great. I want to also say that everyone there (including the person who cut their nails the first time) is so incredibly kind. A great team for sure. Big shoutout to Jamie and Brenda who both were so kind and helped get my dogs nails right. Changing my rating to a 4 because I feel they truly care. Thank you team!!!

TLDR: This place is slept on! So much better than the Petco across the street! They have SO many options for pet food, bedding, supplements, and more! Even have live critters. I go here specifically for their supplement selection for our allergic pup. The mushroom powders they stock really help him in the spring/summer during peak pollen season. Also go for Dr. Elsey’s natural clumping kitty litter, since sometimes other stores don’t have it. They always have what I need for both dog and cat and the staff has been nothing but super nice and helpful every time I’m in :)

I absolutely love the team at Pet Supplies Plus across from Walmart on Parham! Rick was incredibly helpful and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions with patience and genuine knowledge. Unlike the big chain stores, this location feels personal and welcoming—staff really know their products and care about your pets’ needs. The store is well-stocked, clean, and easy to navigate, and I always leave feeling valued as a customer. If you want knowledgeable staff, personalized service, and a shopping experience that puts your pets first, skip the big-box stores and check out Pet Supplies Plus—you won’t be disappointed!

I've been here @ 5 times to have my dog groomed. She has spinal bifida. Never had additional fees put on my bill, especially without telling me first. Not sure if she will be back again or just go to a groomer that can handle her special needs, or perhaps I'll start grooming her again myself.. Ok, I sucumbed and took my girl there again. Never again! I was told before to bring her in during the week so more then one person could deal with her (she is special needs and does not have function in her back legs) . Previously she was put in a back leg supportive sling. The groomer didn't"t even try that! If you want special treatment because your dog may have issues, don't go here!
