I cannot say enough wonderful things about Khayne! 🐾🤍 My dog had a pretty difficult grooming experience in the past, so I was a little nervous bringing him somewhere new. They were SO incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with him from the very beginning. They truly took their time, made sure he was comfortable, and never made me feel like he was a bother or “too much.” That alone meant more to me than they probably realize! 🥹 He came home looking absolutely adorable, and I left feeling so grateful knowing he was treated with such care. Thank you for being so patient with Murphy and making his experience such a positive one. We are so thankful we found you and would absolutely recommend Khayne to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about the dogs they work with! 🤍🐶✨

I use to go to this store once a week, I even adopted a bearded dragon from there. The service lately has been HORRIBLE. I stood in the store for over 10 minutes waiting on someone to help me with crickets they never came so I left. Today I went to get crickets they were TINY!!!! I decided to not get the large crickets and just get the small ones. I was given attitude so I decided not to get anything. The Kenosha location has way better customer service. I have not gone into the Kenosha store one time and received bad service. The only time I stop at the Racine location is when I’m on my way home. I will definitely go out of my way to Visit the Kenosha location from now on!

I was just in a few minutes ago, I didn’t catch the cashiers name but she was a younger woman with glasses and brown hair, she was VERY sweet and helpful, with one of my questions she let me know she was newer and wasn’t sure but asked someone over their radios to get an answer for me which I highly appreciated her doing instead of just saying she didn’t know which is what a lot of people do now in days!

The only place in town that I'll do my shopping for pets! The staff are so kind and personable here and you can tell they enjoy their work and love animals. There are always some kind of deals going on and we love the healthy selection of dog, cat, and exotic reptile food. They always have the supplies I need, and are one of the few places that always have my preferred brands in stock. From supplements, food, toys, and more, we always come back to Pet Supplies Plus!

My Frenchie had the pleasure of being groomed by Andria & she was absolutely amazing! Definitely the best experience I have had by far. While my dog was being groomed, I walked around the store every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to help me and answer any questions I had. Management was amazing, Staff was amazing I’ll definitely be back!
