Portland is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Portland is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Huge shout out to Zac and his grooming team. My dog Foxy is fairly new to him for grooming, and she absolutely loves Zac and the team. She looks gorgeous when I have picked her up so far. Her skin is starting to look healthier and her hair grows out so beautifully now. He has so many options for skincare and hair care products for all needs for our fur babies. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking a groomer. He is knowledgeable when it comes to skin conditions that he may notice starting, or could be an underlying issue with their genetics. His advice helped me get my Foxy to the vet to help with her skin. Thank you, Zac! and Love Foxy!

On the left side you seeing what this store calls a “large” dubia roach vs a real Large dubia roach that I got from feeding frenzy in downtown corpus, the dubia roaches this place sells are a scam, that was also the biggest one I got on the batch I bought, if you don’t mind driving another 10-15 minutes just go to feeding frenzy, they also make sure all the roaches they give you are alive and healthy to take home

Whole grooming department is the best! Especially Zach. He took such good care of my over weight fur baby! Highly recommend grooming service and prices are very affordable! I don’t think River wanted to come home because he was so spoiled there.

I got my dog, Loki, groomed today. I always do it myself, but wanted to get him desheded. Valerie did amazing with him. I was nervous since its the first time he's ever been to a groomers. She handled him with care and did great! The store is always clean and everything is easy to find. The staff is all helpful and stops what they're doing every time I go in to get crickets. It's an easy place to shop for everything we need for our pets.

This is my second time that I have take my service dog Rocky to give him a bath, where you feel comfortable to give your dog a bath, you can bring your own dog bath shampoo, it's easier on my back, I love it and it makes my dog happy and I am happy with this, not only that you can pay to get discount card at reasonable prices there, plus I have bought him do food too. That place is so dog friendly and workers there are great help, it helps me understand what they're saying to me, because I am hearing impaired and I read lips well. ♥️
