Went into Pet supplies Plus in Montgomery and April the manager was very nice but boy oh boy the person that checked me out Paulina I gave her $7 dollar bills and the rest in change which would have been $5 for the total price $12 the cashier Paulina kept calling nickel quarters and quarters Nickels. Then I asked for the manager April she came over to explain to Paulina the difference between a nickel and a quarter and she stood over and scratched your head total confusion so still did not understand at all. And no apologies from April

Sammy's first nail trim with Natalie. She did an awesome job and Sammy was very chill. I would highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus for your grooming needs.

Absolutely horrible experience with Pet Supplies Plus grooming. My dog Daisy has been turned away multiple times with excuse after excuse. Most recently, she developed a skin tag on the top of her head that very likely happened after a previous grooming visit. Instead of helping, they refused to groom her and claimed she needed to be cleared by a veterinarian. We immediately took Daisy to the vet, paid for the appointment, and the doctor fully cleared her for grooming. The only thing mentioned was that she takes heart medication for a potential heart condition. After we provided the clearance, Tammy the groomer suddenly changed the story and said their “policy” would not allow them to groom Daisy because of the heart medication. I looked into their policies myself and found nothing saying they cannot groom a dog with a potential heart condition, especially after being medically cleared by a veterinarian. To make matters worse, I called another Pet Supplies Plus location and was told Daisy should not have been turned away at all. They even mentioned the Montgomery location is constantly short staffed and known for being lazy about taking appointments. This entire experience has been

My husband and I visited the Pet Supplies Plus on May 7, 2026 because our usual North Aurora location’s pet wash was under renovation. We brought our three rescued pit bulls to use the wash station. During the visit, one of our dogs accidentally pushed open the wash room door and ran toward another dog to play. There was no fight, no biting, and no injuries to any person or dog. While trying to regain control of our dogs, I fell hard and ended up bruised. What upset us most was how the situation was handled by the manager on duty. Instead of showing any empathy or allowing us to explain what happened, he immediately escalated the situation, ordered us to leave after we had already paid, refused a refund, and later had us trespassed from the location. He never once asked if I was okay after falling. We have always had positive experiences with Pet Supplies Plus before this, which made this even more disappointing. I truly believe the situation could have been handled with much more professionalism, kindness, and understanding. I did reach out to corporate, and the BBB.

I don’t even know where to start!!! Well I guess I can start by saying the staff aren’t very helpful at all. I took my dog for a haircut and bath. When I booked online they had two options one was full service for $99 and the other was for bath and brush which was $73. They make you pay first before even seeing your pet. Well I read the bath and brush wrong so that was my fault. But one of the workers started to explain that they would have to charge me an extra fee for an undercoat, I was like, my dog doesn’t have an undercoat at all. My dog’s hair is very thin and she doesn’t shed. So right off the back I knew she was lying. Ok. So I ordered the bath and brush package which once again I thought it was with a haircut, and when the staff worker mentioned the cutting of the undercoat, I was under the impression that she was getting a cut as well.. mind you. Let me back to this bath and brush package. That includes nail trim and scissoring the paws. So when I got my dog back. NO Haircut, No Nail cut, No scissoring the paws. It was just a bath and a brush period. So I spend $73 PLUS an extra $15 for some Brush out short hair charge.. whatever the hell that means. SO $
