I went to this pet shop for the first time to buy kitten essentials, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to choose. The staff didn’t rush me and instead asked a few simple questions about age and diet before suggesting products. One food packet I picked had a small tear near the seal, and they replaced it immediately at the counter. The shop was a bit busy, so movement inside felt tight, but I still managed to get everything I needed. It felt like they actually care about guiding new pet owners rather than just selling items.

I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus to get my three dogs’ nails clipped, and the experience was extremely upsetting. The receptionist/groomer was rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked in. She seemed frustrated that we did not have an appointment and mentioned she was the only groomer there. However, she was sitting down at the time and did not appear to be busy. What concerned me even more were the horrific screams coming from the dogs in the back. The noise was very distressing, and it clearly affected my dogs — they were trying to run out of the store. As a pet owner, that was alarming and heartbreaking to witness. Instead of feeling welcomed or reassured, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service and the way animals are handled matter greatly. Because of this experience, even once I have the proper paperwork needed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I took water from my aquarium to have it tested to make sure it was safe for the fish I purchased. I left the fish in the bags and placed them inside the aquarium which was tempered at 75 degrees. I put the fish into the tank after an hour and all of my fish died. I would attach photos but my feelings are hurt that I have to hold on to them and return them for a refund because I don’t want any more fish from this place

Went to buy a Hognose snake, loved the way I was treated by the staff there. Cashier was informational. Another worker talked with me! The manager helped me adopt the perfect snake! He gave me all the right answers and was able to help me with any questions I asked. Very hands on and was able to get us in and out quick! Highly recommend. Thank you Brandon V!! :)
