The animals here seem well taken care of and I love to check them out whenever we buy cat supplies. Happy to see that the beta fish are all kept alive with little green branches in each of their cups.

Could not get any help from the store manager for over 30 minutes. She had me waiting for her on the phone and then took another customer to deal with after that... all I needed was to check out real quick. Her employees even kept reminding her. I eventually put everything down and left. Why is no one trained to run the cash register fully except for a manager?? This needs fixed ASAP. Used to love this store, now I won't be back because the lack of professionalism has changed tremendously

Pet Supplies Plus midtown location in Huntsville is pretty awesome. The store as a whole is always kept organized, and animal enclosures look in sanitary and ideal conditions. I've never experienced a bad customer servive incident I can personally remember. Shelves have always been pretty well stocked with some products not always found at other chain stores, generally put. Overall, I've been back since after my first visit and plan to make plenty more purchases. Y'all are awesome

Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite pet supply store. They have great selection, excellent customer service, and the best deals. They offer monthly coupons if you create an account on their website. Plus, you get rewards points for every dollar you spend. Every time I buy dog food, I get much better discounts than I could at the other pet stores.

It was the first time we got cat nail caps put on for our 2 babies since adopting them. Lexi was such a sweetheart who was caring, gentle and patient with them both. My two models feel like pop stars walking around with colorful claws! Thank you for your amazing service Lexi and Pet Supplies Madison!
