I have been coming to this location for years, with 3 large breed dog. Have been buying food and supplies here and have taken all my dogs here for baths as a disabled Veteran it has always made it easier for me to bath them. I’ve always gone in and purchased a card for baths, And I have always said I’ll be back bringing my other two dogs. Today is the first time that they attempted to charge me over $80 for one bath card because I was told I had to pay for all three dogs on one card. And then when I get to the back, you can only use two of the wash base because one is damaged And is unsafe for not only people, but animals. I know it doesn’t mean much to a corporation the size, but myself and my family will no longer be purchasing any products from this company ever again. They want to charge you that much money for a dog bath, but yet they can’t even maintain the dog bathing area. There is a locally owned business on North Oak that will treat you much better and not try to price you and they take care of their property better and it’s locally owned.

I liked the lay out ,seem kind of small compaired to other pet places. I got samething there i get at Chewy & Petsmart was about .25 cents a box more .

I had used my points for $5 off and when I tried to use the $5 off, I was told by one of the employees that they cannot take it. Even though it's from their own rewards program. When I contacted support about it, I was ghosted but found my account had been deactivated.

This is such a wonderful store for finding the freeze-dried brands I love, all without the hassle of shopping online or worrying about shipping costs. I truly appreciate the convenience and wide selection available. The cashiers are incredibly friendly and always ready to help you find what you need, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable!

This was my first time using this self-serve pet wash because the location is convenient. Unfortunately, my first impression was poor. The wash station was very messy and covered in pet hair from the previous use, so I had to clean it myself before washing my dog. While I was washing my dog, several people were waiting, so I was mindful of time. The wash itself took about 15 minutes since my dog wasn’t very dirty. As soon as I started using the dryer, less than two minutes in, all the dryers suddenly stopped working. I asked a staff member for help, and he said the “power went out” and that an electrician would be needed, even though the rest of the store still had electricity. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and towel-dried my dog instead. I overheard another customer consider leaving because the dryers weren’t working, but the staff member told her not to leave and said the dryers would work later. That’s when it became clear to me that this may have been a way to rush us out to accommodate more customers. My dog had to leave the store still wet and dripping in 15-degree weather. I had to hurry home to blow dry him. This experience was disappointing and poorly h
