I went to take my dog to get a bath it was 750pm they close at 9pm. They said they close it at 8pm an hour early. Naveha and I both looked at the clock and seen it wasn't 8pm yet. You are only allowed 15min. They still would have had 55 minutes to clean it but they rather loose the business money. At least I know never to go in an hour or 2 before they close to give my dog a bath.

Went in to wash my dog, was told it was gonna be a 45 min wait, then proceeded to tell us we needed to go ahead and pay. When we got back to the store they had already filled our spot up with two different dogs. And was told it’ll be a longer wait, why have someone pay for a service they aren’t able to use and then let other people wash their dogs without a wait? I’m not sure if this was done on purpose but definitely not worth it. Don’t waste your time

No more military discount and was told during corporate! Well last time in this store definitely and if your veteran please avoid! As of 5/19/2025 I have reached out to the store for the owner to discuss and no where in sight and new owner who took over store stopped this discount even when the corporate allows it! So with that being said the new owner does care about veterans!!! I have left my number to be reached with the store!

DO NOT LOSE YOUR DOG BATH CARD, even though they have a record of it, they will not honor your dog wash package if you don't present a little business card they give you. No one told me to keep it! Instead I was told to download their app and sign up for things. I assumed a place advanced enough to have an app could also look at my purchases. Other than me paying $60 for 2 baths since they didn't honor the other 3 in my 5pack. It's a nice store with a lot of options

I always loved this pet store and they have always been very helpful when needed. We recently bought 2 pleco fish and 2 snails to help with maintaining our tank. We were told one tank in the store had Ick but that it was contained and every tank ran on its own system. We were ensured that the fish we bought would not have Ick and that if the problem was that bad they wouldn’t sell the animals to us. Well a few days after putting them in our tank, every single thing in our tank has Ick. It has now killed one of the plecos and one of the baby algae eaters. We went into store to inform them so that they don’t sell these fish and so they get them treated, and the lady was extremely rude. There was no apology offered, seemed like we were bothering her, didn’t thank us for bringing this issue to their awareness, and said they’d replace the ones we just bought if they die but we were out of luck for everything else in the tank. We just wanted to make sure the store was aware that other tanks very clearly have Ick and maybe be apologized for the misinformation we were given that resulted in some of our fish dying. In the pictures provided you can very clearly see the Ick. The water is blue
