Pet Supplies Plus East Meadow

Staff is very helpful, but worried about the care of the animals. Cat water bowl was almost empty, but dry food was full. The enclosure is also extremely small especially for 2 cats in one cage. The beta fish selection looked horrible. The water in most of the cups were extremely brown ( I know this can be from tannins but the water is murky in some) along with multiple dead fish…

I absolutely love that they have a location like this so close to my house because it has been a godsend for me and my dog groovy! I come here once a month to give groovy his monthly bath, and they have three self service dog tubs in the back of their store. They provide the shower that has a hose where you can change the different settings of the water you can also control the temperature of the water and they also provide you with a blow dryer that blows cool air for the safety of the dogs. They do also provide some shampoos and conditioners. I just choose to use my own from home, but I like the convenience of you having the option to use theirs as well. The staff is very friendly and the last time I went I paid $12.17 for the bath usually anywhere between that or $15 for about 30 to 40 minutes the staff provides you two towels upon purchasing the cell service wash, and you can even buy a package of washes as well. If you know you bathe your dog more frequently. I think it’s a great place to be able to watch your dog, especially during the winter Months or especially if you have dogs that shed a lot the area is always clean and the staff is very helpful always

Was looking for a new groomer for my boy because his groomer is no longer in business. Brought my 4 year old poodle in to get groomed here for the first time. Melanie was his groomer. She did such an amazing job so sweet so caring took such good care of my baby so informative so patient. I will definitely be returning and she will be his permanent groomer! Thank you so much for making my baby look so handsome! All the staff were so nice here young girl at the register was so sweet!

I absolutely love the new Pet Supplies Plus store in East Meadow! It’s very easy to access, with plenty of parking spaces right in front of the store. The pricing is great, and they have a wide selection of products. I especially love the snack area — so many good options for furry friends! Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a must-visit store with your furry companions. Highly recommend!

This was my second visit, and what a difference! The first time, I left disappointed — no one could answer my questions about Primal pet food. But I decided to give it another try, and I’m so glad I did. This time I met Uvi - he was amazing! He knew everything about the products, helped me order what wasn’t in stock, and explained it all with a smile. A very friendly lady restocking shelves also walked me right to what I needed and gave great suggestions for my kitten. The store is spotless, well-organized, and full of cute things: Halloween outfits, funny pet cards, toys, food, beds, and more. They also offer grooming, vaccinations, self-serve dog wash, and online orders for pickup, curbside, or delivery. If you become a member, you get discounts on every item and earn points with every purchase — plus you can do fun quizzes and tasks on their website to earn extra points. It actually makes shopping fun! Uvi really turned my experience around — this might just be my new favorite pet store. 🐾 Highly recommend!
