Ive been taking my dog to pet supplies plus all his life for grooming. We just moved to cuyahoga falls and came here for the first time. I came to pick up my dog and they complained about him, saying he didnt like his chest being dried. This is the first time ever i heard this from anybody. Anyways, I take him home and this gums are bleeding (never has he come home like this) and his hair is cut incredibly uneven (also never had this experience before). So I believe so much of their complaining came from bit wanting to do their job, because based on the condition I brought my dog home they didnt take care of him at all! Terrible haircut and they hurt him in the process!

Had grooming apt for my two dogs and they were very due for a hair cut. It is a mission with my work to get them there in general. They are both very anxious. Been coming here for a couple years. One dog is older, no behaviors, able to walk slowly, able to stand however his nails are long and partially why he cant do what he usually can. The other dog is fine. First groomer was already hesitant when i brought them in, put the tight blue collar on them and tried to walk them to the back. Well the dogs see us and are anxious and will not just walk on command. They don't like going to the groomer in general. Then i have to go get the shot records out of my car. I come back. One went to the bathroom. Usually do that because they are anxious. It was a mix of formed/ little loose stool and I offered to clean it up. Has not had issues with that prior and has been fine at home. Then the other groomer comes up, says they cant cut their hair cause they don't think he can stand that long. Well he could for when you cut nails/ Lower body if needed or could try? They been there like couple months ago. Then have to take them back home. Just very very frustrating and do not understand. I purchased a bag of dog food and,wipes for my dog's paws . The wipes were out of stock. I appreciate an employee contacting me personally to let me know. I was given the option of a refund or a replacement. I wasn't sure what brands they had available. He offered to let me know but I wanted to do a little bit of research before making a decision. I really appreciate him going out of his way letting me know.

Got my dog groomed here. People were very nice but unfortunately I’m extremely dissatisfied. I paid for a full bath and groom, plus the de-shed for my golden retriever. We came home and the more I looked at her the more I realized how bad they did. They chopped a whole section of her tail out, didn’t clean up her paws, the back of her legs were completely uneven, and behind her ears were dirty. They also charged me a de-matting fee, but when I came home I found a dirty knot that was left on her. I paid for the de-shed package but came home with chunks of shedded fur still falling off her. I was made to pay for this service before I got to see her, so I felt like I couldn’t say anything for bad service. So I paid for a bath, cut, and de-shed, and came home with a dirty, choppy, shedding dog. She also came back extremely anxious and stressed. She got sick immediately after leaving the building and once again once we got home. She was panting for 2 hours after we left. I called the manager and told him about my experience. He was kind enough to give me a small refund, but also was very dismissive. He said it’s normal for dogs to look choppy and still be shedding when they leave. I too

Terrible grooming and terrible follow up from management. We dropped both of our dogs off at 2pm. One for a full groom and one for a bath. They told us it would take about an hour and a half and that they would call when they were done. By 5:15pm they had not called. We went up to the store and they were not done. The groomer stated it had been a crazy day and that they close at 6pm. But they would be done by then. We went back around closing time to get our dogs and you could tell the staff were ready to go home. I was rushed and they were NOT friendly about me being there so late. I had to pay for the dogs before I saw them and was RUSHED out the door. When I got my dogs to the car one had NOT been bathed at all! In fact she now had fresh stool all over her backside. I tried to go back into the store but they had locked the doors. I filled out the survey from the receipt and the manager Josh left me a message. I have called both the Stow and Cuyahoga Falls stores several times and left messages with staff with no return call. Will NEVER take my pups to be groomed at either of these locations again.
