Taylor is hands down the best groomer! We actually followed her all the way from Pasadena because she's the only person we trust with our sweet Gracie. She is so patient, gentle, and truly loves the dogs she works with. Gracie always comes home looking absolutely beautiful, and we have complete peace of mind knowing she's in Taylor's care. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness set her apart. If you're looking for a groomer who will treat your fur baby like family, Taylor is the one. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

I love this store because it is very convenient, the employees are great!! They have the best price in town for Science Diet dog food and they offer coupons to save even more. This establishment has a team that actually cares and they have the answers to your questions and they want to help you unlike some places I’ve been. It is very hard to find great employees and this store is on point. The El Camino/Bay Area location in Clear Lake is the greatest and I will continue to shop there.

I just purchased some food for my sick puppy and it was raining hard. Connor was incredibly helpful! He helped me check if her food was in stock o er the phone twice and brought it to the front counter for me. He also walked me to my car when there weren’t any customers needing to be checked out. He delivered beyond amazing customer service! I will be back here to purchase all my pet food! Just because of the amazing customer service I received today!

TAYLOR is the BEST pup groomer in all the land. I followed her from their Pasadena location. She has been grooming Austin 🐶 for a while now. He is a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. He is the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet but he has high anxiety. He is a rescue so I’m not sure of his past. I called around looking for a groomer and when I connected with Taylor, she took the time to answer every single question I had. She explained techniques to me and reassured me. She never once rushed to get me off the phone. There was no expectation for Austin the first time I brought him in. Taylor has successfully managed to build a rapport over the span of his appointments. She is patient with him. She doesn’t push him. She takes pride in her profession. Austin deserves to look like the dapper boy that he is! We are so grateful that we found Taylor 🐾 💙 🐶 HIGHLY RECOMMEND (He needed a groom in photo but just showing you how stinkin’ cute he is)
