Took my 75 pound American bully in for a bath. It was clean and had oatmeal shampoo which is exactly what I needed. The customer service people are all so kind and helpful. A great price too.

I dropped off my dog at 1:50 for a 2:00 APPOINTMENT and got a call at 4:30 saying my dog was ready for pick up but was not fully groomed with no context. After nagging for answers we were told the dog prior to us “was giving them issues”. The girl offered to stay longer to finish the grooming service but was told by the manager she could not due to going into overtime. Apparently there was no one else that could finish the service, they were only trained for washing. I was told over the phone that my dogs feet were trimmed and nails were filed. When I went in to pick up my dog, he came out his feet not touched at all. He was only washed, looked blow dried on his body but not tail, and was not even brushed. His nails are filed. His face is clearly not washed and his ears and tail were knotted. When I told them that this was ridiculous, being told he was partially groomed but obviously was not they had no explanation at all. No one could give us a straight answer other than “well you are not being charged so there is nothing we can do”. They obviously had no care in the world that we had to drive to Cicero and waste time then drive back home. All together we wasted our Saturday for

Very efficient and professional grooming experience. Brenden is great with my dogs. They always look amazing after grooming.

*Edit: I increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars because after posting this, I was contacted by one of the supervisors, Alex. He was just as enraged as me, hearing this story. He promptly made a vet appointment, apologized for the behavior of the employees and reassured that they will do the best they can for the poor little guy. Over the past 2 days, the bearded dragon I got from here started getting lethargic and Alex offered to take him to the vet for me as well. Despite the horrible experience last week, I do feel like the very professional and empathetic supervisor has redeemed the store. A week ago I told two male staff members that one of their bearded dragons has a respiratory infection. In a condescending tone, one guy said "Does it?" I said yes, watch how its breathing. He brushed it off. The other one said "wow we could use someone like you, you should get a job here." I said I've already got 3 jobs, to which he replied "I was joking." Tonight I came back to get some dubia roaches. Its been a week and the poor thing is barely breathing. I told the girl at the counter. She said she hadn't heard anything about it. And that it takes a while to get a vet appointment. I said

They did an amazing groom on my dog, he smelled amazing and it looked like he had a great experience. I will continue to bring him here :) thank you so much Hannah and team!
