Pet Supermarket

I would like to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Pet Supermarket. I placed an order with specific fulfillment instructions; however, those instructions were completely ignored, and the wrong order was sent instead. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response I received afterward. Rather than acknowledging and taking responsibility for an error that clearly originated on Pet Supermarket’s end, customer support attempted to distance themselves from the issue by citing policies about orders not being changed after processing. Those policies are irrelevant to the circumstances, as I was not asking for a post-processing change—the problem was that Pet Supermarket failed to fulfill the order according to the instructions provided and then made an error during fulfillment. When I attempted to resolve the issue, my concerns were not taken seriously and were handled poorly. I spoke with a manager named Oneil, and during our conversation the call was disconnected before I was able to fully discuss the complaint. I then called back and spoke with another manager, David, but I was still unable to obtain a satisfactory explanation or r

This is a very bad location. Not sure what the issue is. The prices are absolutely abnormal. Animal proces being this high will lead to them dying in care or just never being sold. Animals had dirty water, I know birds like to mess their water up but it was 5 in the afternoon and the water clearly hadn't been changed since at least the morning. The fish section was in disarray. The price of cichlids was 2 to 3 times higher than any local competitors. There was also many dead fish in tanks and neglected tanks. Even with this information I attempted to buy some dog treats, but no one was present at the register. I waited for a bit and then decided it wasn't worth it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I visited here to shop for my dog for our upcoming trip back to Canada. A lady named Ashley completely ignored me. When it was time to check out, I felt rushed and was given an attitude. The tall employee was always on his phone and I had to call for him several times. Talk about customer service…

I came in to get treats and dog food for my new Pomeranian, and the staff was incredibly nice. The store manager, Ashley, really took her time with me and thoroughly explained what the best food options would be. I truly appreciated her patience and knowledge. I will definitely be back!

What is up, Googlers!!! I wanted to tell you guys about this pet store. I have officially found my dog's pet store for all his needs!. I really want to talk about a few things 1st I want to talk about the customer service They have some really good people in the store working welcoming customer There was this girl that was helping me I had to ask her about the grooming and how does it work? She guided me through it told me the price and different packages that I can buy so after that I want to go groom my dog I have to say I really like the way they have it set up It looks like you can only wash 2 big dogs and 1 small 1 in the middle if I'm mistaken but any dog owner knows you definitely don't wanna let too many dogs inside in one small spot at a time and want to make sure youre dog is friendly before meeting or being close, I think they realize that and know that and play it safe really interesting really smart business. I highly recommend that if you need anything for your pets, you come to this store. I'm officially sold on it. This is where I will shop from now for Max.. He really liked it here.
