Pet Suite Retreat

Never boarded my pack but had too due to an out of town wedding. Most importantly they took wonderful care of 4 dogs. Staff was responsive, helpful and accommodating.

Horrible. I have an incontinent dog, due to herniated disc surgery a few years ago, and asked them, before boarding, if they had experience with special needs dogs. They said they did, and that they had a washer and dryer to clean any of his bedding (that I supplied) that got soiled. Yet when a relative picked up my dog for me after my surgery, he had dried urine all down his privates and hind legs, poop on his bed, and some small sores on his paws from his hind legs dragging (cement floors, yet I supplied washable pads for him to walk on in the kennel), and they never used any of the diaper wraps and wipes that I supplied and told them how to use. So I had to clean him up, even though I wasn't supposed to bend down much or strain myself, which I had to do because of the dried urine, etc., and also had to spot clean then launder his bedding. They also didn't feed him all of the supplements and healthy treats he was supposed to have, even though I told at least 2 employees (one even wrote it on his chart) how to change his diaper in the easiest way, that he was used to. I also checked their cameras multiple times when I was recovering and he was still there, and never saw him outsid

Our dog loves going here. We’ve done boarding as well as day-care. Their rates are reasonable so we often use them if we’re going to be away for most of the day. It’s nice knowing he’s having fun rather than locked up at home. He always comes home exhausted from playing. You can tell the staff care and enjoy what they do. Their grooming is excellent and also reasonably priced. Can’t recommend Pet Suite Retreat enough!

I love this place so much! I’ve used them before with my older dogs. This time I used them for my VERY hyper puppy. I had flight issues and they were more than ok to keeping her longer. I felt so comfortable with them taking my puppy Mavis. The workers are so nice! Mavis will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much I needed that peace of mind! Mavis thanks you too! :)

Great place for your dog boarding daycare or overnight the staff is great and they know my Dog Mickey by name. He's been going there ever since he was 3 months old. He's a Labrador, German shepherd, rockwilder mix with Hound also.
