I'm driving from across the valley to find the right food for my aging Bassett Hound. I was referred to visit this pet store from my vet. The staff is super friendly, the store is very clean, and they have a ton of products. I highly suggest purchasing your food from this Pet store. Thanks for all the hell Pet Stop. 🫶✨️🙌

This place is top tier when it comes to customer service. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by one of the staff working the front register. The selection is huge so I am sure you will find your specific pet needs. I also love that they sell prescribed dog food since my dog is diabetic he can only eat specific food. Not many locations carry prescribed food and also require a doctor's referral. The employees are very knowledgeable and are super friendly if you need any help. They do offer grooming services but I've never used them so I can't say to much about that. You're also allowed bring your pet inside to do your shopping. Overall the prices are competitive, yes you might pay a few extra bucks here but I honestly believe its worth it for the overall experience the employees provide. There is always enough parking so thats not an issue. It's also handicap accessible. Overall great experience highly recommend.

I recently discovered Pet Stop here in Santa Clarita and couldn’t be happier! Dr. Tami Theis, the owner, provides basic veterinary services on Thursdays and Sundays with no appointment needed, which makes it so convenient for quick visits. I brought my dog in just last week for anal gland expression and nail grinding, and the experience was excellent—fast, affordable, and handled with real care. Dr. Tami was actually our trusted veterinarian years ago—back when I lived in Arcadia, she was our family’s vet, and I can honestly say she’s the best I’ve worked with. Over the years, I’ve had dogs with challenging medical needs and have worked with vets across L.A. and Orange County, from routine care to major surgeries. Dr. Tami stands out among them all for her skill, compassion, and straightforward approach. On top of the veterinary services, Pet Stop also has one of the largest selections of high-quality pet products in the Valley. From food and treats to toys and accessories, it’s a one-stop shop where you know you’re getting the best for your pet. I love going to this store. 1. The staff is very friendly. Luis (Louise) is very knowledgeable about pet products and there's something that he doesn't know, he'll make sure to find the right resource for you. 2. They carry a whole variety of pet items - little fun trinkets and a variety of pet foods... their items cost less compared to other pet stores in SCV. 3. If they don't carry the product you need, they will order it for you and they will have it the next day. 4. Their customer service is great!
