Pet Station Carson City

This store is horrible! I just moved here not to long ago and was excited when I saw this little store. I called and I spoke to a woman named Emma, or something like that. She had an attitude and was very rude. I usually come here for dog treats and a bath, most the time I come in I see a red head lady and a tall man who looks like he absolutely hates his job. The store itself is completely empty! There is bare shelves everywhere and I can never find what I need! This place absolutely sucks, worst of all the workers are always rude. I was surprised when I found out the red head is the manager, she didn't help me at all. I won't be shopping here again, screw this store and the people who work there.

Nice clean store, organized, stocked, and a nice place to wash the dog, nice and helpful staff, it's not very busy so you don't have to worry about people bothering you or left with the feeling that someone or another customer is trying to usher you out of the store.

Never been to a pet store with such knowledgeable staff! My cat is getting older and needed a change in his diet , the hairballs were getting out of hand. Thank you Emily, you were so patient listening to my concerns and giving me great options to try for my picky eater Would definitely recommend to any pet owner, Pet Station is the place to go when you need more than an internet search with nothing but targeted ads

Use to come here for my dog food and etc tell I was treat like trash from the so called store manager Emily rude disrespectful to customers and watched her treat the employee and how talked to the employee was so out of line. The other manager who was there for a few months was the nice one they hired in a long time she know more and even was showing you what would be the best for your dog miss her tell I asked one of the employees they said she no longer is here with us. Crazy to see how this locally owned shop let's the store manager get away with what she does I can't see myself coming back here if Emily is the store manager you have pushed more people out of there with your Attitude and disrespectful ways your treat customers and your staff..... Please for the Carson City community we don't need her harassment of attitude no more find someone who will be happy to work and great customers and treat people with respect.

What a great store this is. I went to the one over by the north Home Depot. The store was super clean. The people were super nice. They have a wonderful selection of healthy dog treats, healthy dog food, dog toys & everything else I could want for my puppies all in one store. Will definitely make this a regular stop.
