Pet Planet Hotel and Day Camp

My dogs seem to have been well taken care of. Billing is another story. I was quoted one price but charged more. When I questioned it they said it was because o picked up after 10. Ok, but no one told me I had to pick up before 10, if they had I would have figured something out. When I told them no one told me that they repeatedly said they were required to, well ok but you didn’t. Pet updates were not great, I did get them but not great photos.

Ive been taking my dog to Day camp and Boarding for a long time now. He absolutely loves it! As soon as we turn into the parking lot he knows where he is going and is always so ecstatic. I love the Staff they are very friendly and knowledgeable! The prices are also great! Ive had not some great experiences other places. This is the only place i trust to leave my son at! By far the best facility in town!

I picked my dogs up from daycare for the last time after being told at pickup that one of my dogs had been involved in an altercation and was separated from all other dogs, including her sibling. I was never notified when this occurred and would have picked them up immediately if I had known. My dog was extremely anxious, and I later found a bite on her hind end. I was never given any prior warnings or informed of behavioral concerns. Although they claim it is their policy to notify owners of incidents, no incidents or “warnings” were mentioned until after I posted my review. As others have noted in previous reviews, the owner’s responses are dismissive and show little accountability. When leaving your dog in someone else’s care, timely communication and transparency are essential. At this point, I’m done trying to get through to the owner. Despite asking multiple times, no proof has been provided, and the blame continues to be placed on my dog even though she has visible bite marks. There has been no accountability or sympathy shown. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing a different daycare.

My SMALL dog comes a few times a week for Day Boarding & Day Camp, she loves all the staff & is always happy to come & play with the staff & her fur friends. All of her instructions for feeding & treats I provide during her stay are always given/followed as needed. I have yet to be dissatisfied & I’m sure my fur baby agrees! Any time she receives a service from Pet Planet she is always happy after & the service provided is done properly & efficiently without any issues. I only use Pet Planet & I encourage everyone else to as well!

My dogs have been going for a long time for Day Camp and Boarding and we absolutely love it! Staff is very friendly and patient! They have newly renovated rooms for boarding that are very nice and spacious. Price is great especially with how nice everything is! By far the best facility in town!
