I don't leave reviews very often especially not right away but we just picked up our dog and two cats and they are all happy and healthy! They take inventory of the food you bring so anything extra you get back. We moved this year and loved our previous boarding place so we weren't hopeful on finding one we liked right away but Pet Paradise won us over. The staff are what makes or breaks a place and the staff here are incredible. When we went to pick our cats up they were doting about how cute they were and even showed us more photos they took of them. I love that they have a window for the cats to look out of as well. We could see how happy they were through the glass window at the front desk. Cats are hard to get into crates but they were gentle in getting them back in their crates (with some motivation from treats of course) We never board our dog as she comes with us everywhere so we were extra nervous about it but everything went well! We got a report card showing her playing with other dogs and she even made a friend while she was there. I would highly recommend boarding your pets here. I enrolled my dog in Chris Hart's three-week training program, and the results have been incredible. Before training, he was scared of just about everything and struggled to feel comfortable in new environments. With Chris's patience, encouragement, and expertise, I've watched him become more confident, relaxed, and willing to try new things. What has impressed me most is that the progress extends far beyond the facility. One of my goals was to be able to bring him into places like Home Depot without him being overwhelmed, and recently I was able to do exactly that. It may seem like a small thing to some people, but for us it was a huge milestone and something I wasn't sure would ever be possible. Chris genuinely care about the dogs he works with. He spend long hours with them, even outside in the Georgia heat, and his dedication really shows. You can tell he is invested in each dog's success and well-being. I'm incredibly grateful for the patience, care, and support he has shown my dog. Watching him come out of his shell and gain confidence has been amazing. Dottie was at the 28 day Best Dog Ever training program with Chris Hart. We are blown away with how well Dottie was cared for and loved by everyone. Chris exceeded all of our expectations with Dottie’s training. My husband and I were both apprehensive about leaving Dottie for 28 days, Chris answered all of our questions and explained how the program worked and overall set our minds at ease. He made sure we knew how and what Dottie was doing every step of the way. He is an amazing trainer that gave us and Dottie the tools to build a continuous consistent training routine that will be beneficial to Dottie and us in the future. Chris is by far the best trainer, who loved our dog like she was his own. He keep in constant communication with my husband and myself if there was any issues (there wasn’t) and sent pictures throughout Dottie’s training. We will definitely be bringing Dottie back or follow up sessions and for daycare.

I recently boarded my two dogs at Pet Paradise for the very first time. It was a huge help that they offer a multi-dog discount for daycare/boarding services, in addition to a 20% discount for military personnel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and—thanks to the ability to check in on my dogs via webcam, categorized by specific area—I was able to leave them in their care with complete peace of mind. It appears they have implemented various improvements based on past experiences; for instance, I received a detailed explanation regarding specific protocols—such as limiting outdoor playtime during certain temperatures—for brachycephalic (short-nosed) breeds. Upon pickup, I was even provided with a "report card" for each dog, documenting how their stay went. Furthermore—although I didn't need to utilize the service this time around—I noted that there is a veterinarian on-site, which gave me added peace of mind knowing that my dogs would be in good hands should any medical issues arise.

We had boarded our Scrappy over the weekend and had a pleasant experience & will definitely use Pet Paradise again! Everyone was informative, nice, the atmosphere felt very welcoming. We got to see Scrappy on the camera in the play yard, we received a report card and some photos during his stay. Scrappy was happy as he could be 😊
