Pet Paradise Plano Custer

This was my first time boarding my cat here. I loved getting report cards daily & lots of cute photos. I appreciate that they have an app, because it made a lot of things more convenient. I know my cat was well taken care of, because her demeanor was so calm when I brought her home. Seems like she had a nice vacation as well! The staff had nothing but nice things to say about my cat, which I thought was really sweet. The staff even followed up the next day (after pick-up) to see how she was doing. I definitely plan on bringing my cat back here for boarding! I know she’ll be in good hands.

Absolutely loved our experience! They treated our baby as if she was theirs. We received updates throughout our stay & could get more if we wanted. They also have suites with cameras so you can check in on them while there. They had suites with TVs and music as well. Our baby absolutely enjoys herself but I think she was excited to see us & come home after a week away.

First time using this place and i was pretty happy with the service and staff. but for some reason they kept referring to my cat as a he on their reports and in person even tho im about 1000% positive she’s a girl lmao even having been spayed. i had corrected it a couple times thought that was a bit odd 😭 and they also don’t take cash which is a little inconvenient but i was happy with their service overall would probably come back.

As a first-time pet owner, I was honestly a little nervous leaving my dog somewhere for several days, but Pet Paradise Plano completely exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional from the start. My son and I were able to take a tour before booking, and the facility was very clean, organized, and well-maintained. The animals all looked well cared for, and you could tell the staff was attentive to each pet’s individual needs. One of the things that really stood out was the play areas and outdoor yards, which were very well kept. They even have a pool for the dogs, which I thought was amazing. It showed me that they truly care about making sure pets are not only safe but also having fun. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and supportive. From the moment we walked in the door to the day we picked up our dog, we felt comfortable and confident that she was in good hands. Our dog stayed there for five days while we were out of town, and when we picked her up she looked happy, healthy, and excited. She was happy to see us, of course, but she even turned around when we were leaving like she wasn’t quite ready to go yet — which told me she really enjoyed her sta

Pet Paradise always delivers when we board our 3 dogs together. We can trust that they will be safe, happy and fed. We also absolutely love the report card updates we get while away. Puts a huge smile on our faces, letting us know the dogs are having a blast :)
