Pet Paradise Ormond Beach

Everyone that I have been in contact with at the Ormond Beach Pet Paradise has been very friendly and attentive to Buddy. I don't think any pet wants to be away from their owners but they do their best to make them feel welcome and calm. The staff is very accommodating and professional. They provide an excellent service. Thank you!

I can’t speak for other locations, but I will tell you that the location in Ormond Beach was a huge disappointment. My dog spent a week at this location. I asked for 2 group play times and day camp to maximize his play time. They mentioned that he was nervous/reactive to one dog and took away his playtime for the rest of the week. They charged me for daily individual playtime. Instead, he was given occasional potty breaks, that’s it. I gave them medicine for his ear and they did not use it. I viewed the camera constantly looking for my dog. I just could not enjoy my vacation out of concern for him. The only reason I didn’t leave my vacation sooner is because I didn’t want to upset the rest of my family. The staff were very nice, but they do not LOVE dogs like the advertisement states. I’ve added a photo of the fur-ever connected picture I received. He loves people and playing with other dogs. He looks completely nervous in this picture. One final thought, I don’t know why they have a pool. They don’t use it at all.

We have traveled a lot and had our 7 year old Maltipoo Jax groomed at many different groomers. We have been in Daytona Beach for over a year and we're using another groomer, who honestly was way over priced and due to personnel changes started not doing a good job. It honestly was a blessing because we now have found Pet Paradise Ormond Beach. They do a wonderful job at a much more reasonable price. Our Boy Jax has found his new groomer.

Kenneled our two dogs during Welcome to Rockville. Both girls had grooming done while there. They seemed to be very well taken care of and content. Staff was great and even called after pick up to ensure we were good.

LOVED Pet Paradise in Ormond. Dropping of my baby was easy, they welcomed Ricky with so much affection they were truly happy that he was there. Ricky had so much fun while he was there that on his next visit he tried to go behind the counter to say hi and start the fun. They took great care of him and he was so happy. The pictures and report cards were a great way to keep up with his stay and the pictures were great. He was groomed during his stay and he came home looking like a movie star. The groomer did an excellent job.Yes, I HIGHLY recommend choosing Pet Paradise in Ormond. I knew my baby was in good hands and I was worry free in my vacation.
