Pet Paradise Murfreesboro

I rescued a Cane Corso recently and got lucky with how well socialized and well tempered he is. I decided to bring him here for daycare one day to see how he is and if he does well, bring him often like once a week so he can remain socialized always; especially for his breed. When I took him there, the staff were amazing with my boy Draco! They welcomed us in and didn’t look at him as a scary dog or prejudge him. They treated him like a regular dog like others with love and passion, he was so happy and excited to be there. He had a blast in their pool and play yards. He made friends and loved on all the workers. They loved on him as well and it made me so happy because I found a place that I can TRUST & where I can take him so he can have fun, be sociable, & enjoy his goofy self. I am so happy to find you guys for my boy!!! The live webcams are a fun extra perk to watch him live his best life during play time with the other dogs/staff<3

I am extremely disappointed in the safety of this facility. As a physician, I do not think they are maintaining good health standards for the dogs staying in this facility. My dog developed kennel cough after staying in this facility while I was on vacation a year ago. I thought this may have been a one off occurrence and I did not pay it significant mind. Things happen. We got her treated and she did well. However, I recently had my dog stay at Pet Paradise again over a stay from 7/23-7/26, and she has again developed kennel cough which has been diagnosed by her vet and is currently being treated. She is up to date on all vaccinations and should not have been at risk for this disease unless health safety standards are not being upheld at this facility. When she was picked up from the facility, my dog was already coughing and workers chose to dismiss concerns presented at the time of pick up. Kennel cough is a highly contagious disease process in dogs, and I can no longer take my dog to Pet Paradise due to my concerns for her safety. I request that my stay be refunded and my vet bill be paid due to the negligence of the staff at this facility. I strongly recommend against use o

Our dog Bear loved his boarding. He was very happy when we picked him up. The communication with the facility was AMAZING! The cost was very reasonable. We loved getting a report card everyday with pictures telling us how our dog was doing. We will definitely use the facility again.

Pet paradise was a fantastic experience for our senior pup. She has black nails, and I am fearful of cutting them myself. They were very gentle with her and understanding of my issues. I was grateful and pleased with their care, service and prices.

I cannot say enough good things. I have very anxious dogs, and they absolutely thrive here. They had a rough time at another place in town, but I have never heard a bad report here. They are honest with me and tell me if any of my dogs are acting strange or got sick (one time I got a call that one threw up during play group and kept running around) but I love that they called. I pay extra for the VIP rooms because my pups are anxious, and they absolutely love them. I know mine can be a handful sometimes but they always kind and love them so well while they are there. The report cards are great as well! I love seeing the pics. If you’re on the fence, do it! I’m picky about where my pups go, and I finally don’t have to worry whenever they are here, I cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks for loving my pups so well!
