Like the fact that they have cameras you can see your pet. Also they sent pictures the first day. My dog had never been around a lot of dogs at one time. But in the pictures he looked so happy.

Our dog had stayed at Pet Paradise several times now and each time, I feel truly that she is known and loved! I had a tour of the facilities and was so impressed with the staff, clean and new boarding quarters, patio access and adorable play yard and bone shaped pool to splash in. They have such customizable services including vet care if needed. We are so thrilled this place exists and feel very happy when she boards that she is happy there!

I needed boarding last minute and luckily they were able to accommodate me. I was able to drop my pet off around three P.M. and pick her up the next day at 11 A.M. I had a wonderful experience with all the staff. They interacted very friendly and professionally. Bo even offered to give me a tour of the facilities, so I could have piece of mind that my pet would be in good hands throughout her stay. I was able to communicate with staff about my pet’s wellbeing and received updates of her behavior, and how she was Acclimating. I got videos of her playing around the pool, and it just seemed like she loved it as much as I hoped she would

My 2.5-year-old boxer, Bruno, died less than 24 hours after I picked him up from Pet Paradise in Hoover, AL. He boarded there from 03/24/26 to 03/29/26. (Update 5/31/26: Multiple final pathology and PCR testing results from Auburn University and University of Illinois Vet School Pathology Dept's confirm the contracted infection was an extremely severe bacterial infection. I was told from multiple different professionals this is commonly contracted as a result of ineffective cleaning and/overcrowding). During his stay I never received any call or notification that he was sick, nor did he receive any medical attention. When I arrived to pick him up, Bruno was extremely lethargic, walking with a limp, and breathing very rapidly. These were not normal behaviors for him. Additionally, he had a strong odor of urine coming from him. The attached photo shows his post boarding condition where he is visibly ill. While we were still at the facility, staff took his temperature at the front desk and told me it was normal, then saying he was just tired. Because his condition concerned me, I took him to an emergency veterinarian. The emergency vet recorded his temperature at 105.4°F, and we
