The staff is super friendly and really care about the animals. They are always flexible when I have to book or reschedule. My dog loves going to see them. While it is convenient for the location and availability, the reason I continue to go back is the wonderful staff.

Luna loves coming to Pet Palace! She is immediately greeted with all the employees she knows & loves 💕. Makes it much easier when we travel knowing she is well taken care of while we are gone!!!

Pet Palace South Charlotte took exceptional care of my fur baby and my dog really enjoyed the playgroups and socializing with the other pups! The report cards are super cute too to get a little snapshot of their stay! She loved it there! ❤️ Also Stephanie, the groomer, was fantastic and communicated really well with my dogs groom

Finding a a doggy daycare is hard! To find a facility that loves your puppy as much as you do is a blessing! Our dog always had the time of his life when he went, and absolutely adored the staff. I write this because we moved and can’t find a place that even holds a candle to this place. I wanted the staff to know that Jeter Joseph (and my husband and I) miss you all and when we visit charlotte we will be sure to drop him off to play!

My dog just finished her first vacation at Pet Palace! I was so nervous leaving her in a new place when her regular boarding place was already booked up. I think we actually won't use this as a backup, but instead as our new go-to boarding place for Peach! I was able to email whenever and find out how she was doing! Check in/out was easy and efficient! When I picked her up she was healthy, clean, and very happy! The staff were all so sweet to her, and that made me feel like she had been very well taken care of! She must have had a good time because she has been sleeping all day! Thanks Pet Palace for taking such good care of my baby!
