Pet Palace has been amazing! The staff are kind, welcoming, and always have such positive energy. Their family is wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes the time to educate dog owners, which has been so valuable as a new rescue parent. My rescue, Sunny, whom I’ve only had for two months, has grown so much in the few weeks she’s been attending daycare. She has gone from being timid and under-socialized to playful, confident, and affectionate. The best part is seeing how that confidence carries over outside of daycare—whether we’re at the lake or relaxing at home. Sunny gets so excited when we pull into Pet Palace, wags her tail the entire time, and never wants to leave! I highly recommend Pet Palace to anyone with a rescue or any dog who could benefit from socialization in a safe, healthy, and well-managed environment. They genuinely care about every dog and have made such a positive difference in Sunny’s life.

My two dogs love Pet Palace. When I take them there they run happily to the door leading to the back. Seeing their joy makes me feel less guilty of leaving them there for the whole 8 days. When I pick them up they are happy to see me. Christine and her daughters are wonderful. They really care for the dogs

We have been taking our doodle to Pet Palace for over a year, and they never disappoint! Piper loves going to daycare and spending time with her friends, and now that they have been grooming her, she is always willing and eager to be brushed by us. She always looks adorable after a day at the spa! The Owners and staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional! They make Drop-off and pick-up quick and easy!

I highly recommend Pet Palace. The owner, Christina, her daughters and staff are second to none in providing the best loving care to our dog Macy. We have boarded our beloved girl many times over the last several years during our 7 day vacations and we always know she is in such great care while we are gone. You and your pet will be extremely pleased with the services Pet Palace provides. I promise!

My father had an emergency hospitalization and I came into town from out of state. I couldn’t find a single other establishment willing to help me out in boarding his dog. When I called Pet Palace they were so kind and the process to get the paperwork completed is so easy with it right on their website. I wasn’t able to get him there the first night as things were slow going at the hospital to start so when I called back ready to continue the process, she remembered me and asked after my dad. The customer service is phenomenal!! The building is clean and welcoming. The dog who is incredibly anxious is enjoying his stay which I think speaks volumes to their business practices. 10/10 recommend!
