I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My dog’s groom was completely botched, and after acknowledging the issue, I was told someone would reach out to me — which never happened. I waited three days before having to follow up myself, only to be offered a vague “partial refund” that no one could even give an actual amount for. I was also asked to bring my dog back for them to “fix” the groom, which honestly did not inspire confidence after the original experience. When I declined, communication completely stopped and my message was left on read. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through afterward is what made this experience so frustrating. I expected far better customer service and would not feel comfortable returning nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone.

Will never take my fur baby back here!!! It took them over 4 1/2 hours to groom my little dog. My fur baby goes to a groomer every 3-4 weeks and she has never taken no more than 2 hours to groom!!! When they finally brought her to me she was covered with hair that they didn’t brush or blow off when they cut her. I told them specifically when I dropped her off to not shave her only trim !! . Well she was shaved and I was furious but I didn’t say anything to the girl at the front desk because she was so nice and what could she do! The only reason I am giving one star is because the girl at the front desk was very nice to me and she did apologize for long wait and gave me a 10 percent discount.

I’m very specific about how I like my dog cut. I provide photos, feedback, and notes with every booking. My dog has been here a handful of times, and I understand it’s a learning opportunity with every groom..but this time was my last straw. They called to say her back underside legs were too matted and needed to be shaved. I agreed, apologized, and said go ahead. Unfortunately, she was completely shaven down, every single leg. They gouged a spot on her chest down to the skin and left a weird Mohawk on her booty. She left with no bow or bandana. I have spent every groom appt bringing pics and leaving upset, but giving feedback on how I like her mouth cut in a circle/donut shape. They always do a weird blocky triangle regardless of the photos I bring. For spending hundreds of dollars this year, I feel like I’m not being listened to about my doggy’s groom style. I will be finding a new place.

Very disappointed 😢 in my sweet pups grooming! She is a mixed breed (Yorkie & Poodle). I had to take her home and “fix” what I could only describe as a “hack-job” . I was so caught off guard by how my baby looked I cried all evening! Unfortunately, once the hair is cut…that’s it! They nicked her in several places & left her coat visibly uneven and just ragged. The sweet lady at the desk even said she thought I would be upset and not like it. Well…she was a hundred percent right! I didn’t & don’t like it, so I would never recommend taking your tiny (toy breeds) here. Fortunately, I cleaned her up myself as best I could. And I am NOT SKILLED at grooming in no way, but I had to do something to try & even out this wildly disturbing messy cut. Her feet were all completely uneven and a tiny mat above her toenail was ignored. I used scissors ✂️ to clean up the unevenness & her sanitary. Her face was not at all what I described that I wanted so I had to shape the face as best I could. As you can see in the BEFORE pics she had no definition to her face and body! The AFTER was a huge improvement especially giving a more rounded look to her tiny face. They nicked her nose and near her eye so

If I could give zero stars I would. Taylor is not good to your dogs. We had our two little ones going here and at first it was fine, until we noticed how terrified they would be when we picked them up. I specifically asked for my mini poodle to not be in the bar cages and to be in the room, the last day they went here they had her at the very top bar cage back in a room with cleaning supplies and she was trembling. She swung our other old dog around the door because she was mad with us. Now we catch her chasing a light brown schnauzer in the parking lot (the dog had a light pink vest on) I was able to catch her picking up the dog in the end and as you can see, she rough handles the dog. Look at the dog struggling. Taylor is awful especially with how much money you pay. Disgusting in these photos you can see her SLING THE PUPPY!!!! I have a video but it won’t let me leave a video review so I’ll just send it to the owner just BEWARE
