In Clarksville, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Tennessee, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Clarksville is in Tennessee, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Clarksville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Unpredictable at best. The first grooming I had done was absolutely perfect; greeted by a friendly staff where I conveyed my desired cut (simple buzzing) and it was done to specification. I also prefer to pay up-front and they happily accommodated my request. About 8 weeks later, I booked a repeat and boy, was it a disaster. When I booked the second appointment (via phone), the person taking the reservation knew about the last cut and style along with the fact I simply wanted to do it again. When I arrived to drop off my dog, I was greeted by an absolutely miserable person who seemed more in the mood to argue than cooperate. They demanded to know what type of cut I wanted and I said "just like last time" to which they responded "I don't know what was done last time". I now must assume their computers are for looks not for knowledge. They also would not let me pay at the time of drop off. When I picked my dog up she had not been trimmed properly, her top knot had not been cut per my request and her nails were still particularly long. In addition, there were a number of rumpled-looking employees (I think) lurking about; I kind of think they were waiting to see if I was going to actu

This will be my first time boarding any animal of mine and I must say Charli and Carmen have made the customer service and Boarding process so simple and easy, they both were super sweet, caring and informative. They answered all of my questions and were extremely patient with me going back-and-forth from calling their facility and calling my vet to make sure I could get everything I needed for my pup. My pup has been newly neutered and instead of them immediately shutting me down Charli asked if she could put me on hold and speak with her manager to see what they could do, even if the manager had said no I still would have 100% respect her taking the time to ask and also getting the information that I would need to have them accommodate our Sweet Doug!, I was told to get a letter from the Vet That would release him to be able to be boarded and unfortunately I couldn’t do it till 8:30pm that night and when Pet Palace was closed so I was worried about not getting to speak with Charlie again the next morning because of how helpful she was, but to my surprise, Carmen picked up the phone and it was like I never skipped a beat with this place! She asked me the information they would nee

Long story short: I don't recommend boarding here, overall disappointed by the lack of transparency/communication and inability to follow instructions. This place was recommended by a friend and so I was willing to make the 1 hour drive to have my dog boarded here for 7 days while I was out of town. Did an initial call and was told that pets would be rotated throughout the day, would be given time to play and that we would receive daily text/picture updates prior to booking; sounded promising at the time. 48 hours after dropping him off, I received no updates despite being told that we would be getting daily updates. I had to send a follow up text at 8:46am asking how he was doing. Called twice around 3:50pm and was sent to voicemail after 2 rings. Did not receive a response until 6:23pm via text that evening. Was told that the phones were having issues sending photos so I gave them the benefit of the doubt (maybe they were short-staffed and fully booked). Nonetheless, started getting concerned knowing that I had to chase down a boarding facility (who was trusted with my pet) to get an update on how they were doing. The next day, I received a call at 7:51am from someone that addr

Updated review: We had a great experience sending our puppy here for doggy daycare and so we decided to board her here for a night. We packed up her food and toys and dropped her off, at drop off we were told the kennel she would be staying in was about half the size of what we had read online, which is the size for the small/senior dog location, though this isn't posted on the website. When my fiance went to pick her up, she was all wet and smelled bad and he was told she had had an accident. She is a 5 month old puppy so obviously that happens but she has also never rolled around in it before, or peed on her toys. We were also given back 3/4 of the food we had sent with her, as she was only given food in the morning. I went down to talk with them and pick up her toys after I got off work. I was told again that she had had an accident and that was why she had been wet etc. What I didn't understand was how she had been alone long enough to have gotten covered in it, and when I asked when they were taken out I was told they were taken out for the night between 6 and 7PM and then again between 6 and 7AM. She hadn't had 'an accident', she had had access to any other bathroom completel
