Pet Motel and Salon

The sweetest staff. We boarded our cat Grim there for two days. When you google “scaredy cat” he is basically the photo next to the definition. The staff were lovely and took the food we left for him and followed his meal instructions to a T. When we came to pick him up, he was so scared, a lovely associate helped us try to get him in a carrier and our cat was…..very difficult and very very scared (as usual). Eventually we succeeded! On a stressful travel day, dealing with genuinely nice people who care about your pet (who is constantly anxious) means everything in the world. 10/10, would recommend boarding cats here because they take care of them and the staff are really nice people. The only place in town that I will take my high energy Lab Mix. My Onyx is very very energetic.. but he loves people. He always goes in, and leaves this facility happy, and that is more than enough for me. The employees are all sweet, and even bringing him in today after him not having been there in a while.. an employee recognized him immediately and that really made me happy (as I get very anxious leaving him). Absolutely no clue what the negative reviews are about, I’m shocked anyone has anything bad to say about this place! THANK YOU GUYS!!

Laura does amazing work, she has been grooming our bordoodle, Nova, since we got him. He is almost 3 years old and she is the only person who has ever groomed him. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she does amazing work and he always looks and smells terrific! I am so grateful for the care and attention she shows our dog. I am very thankful to have her as Nova’s groomer! The staff show him just as much care when I drop him off and pick him up. Thank you all!

My border collie loves running through dirt and puddles, so his coat was a complete mess by the time I booked this appointment. The staff didn’t make me feel embarrassed about how bad it looked, which I appreciated. They brushed out a ton of loose fur and somehow managed to make his white fur actually look white again. The groomer also mentioned he was very patient during the bath, which surprised me because he usually hates water. Definitely one of the better grooming visits we’ve had.

I would like to share how pleased I am with this place. I have a 5 month old English cocker spaniel. I am a type A dog mom and was very nervous about her getting groomed for the first time because I didn’t want my pup to be nervous. The staff made sure that Minnie was comfortable, and I could tell that she enjoyed her time there. The groom was very thorough and she smelled so clean afterwards. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but they are great. We have been two times now and plan to go back soon! 10/10 would recommend this place.
