Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fresno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We brought our dog in for a post ER follow up visit. This was her first time at Vet and was incredibly nervous and still suffering from severe injuries. The staff, Assistant, and Doctor were amazing. Couldn't have asked for more caring people for our dog, even after being the first people she's ever bit while trying to pull the Fentanyl patch off her skin they were still so kind. We look forward to them being her primary care providers moving forward!

A great experience with the entire team, from the person who greeted us at the front desk and the nurse to the veterinarian who treated our dog. They were very quick, communicative, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended for caring for the family members we love so much.

I was amazed at how they got me in right away. Very clean and comfortable facility. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly setting me at ease. They listened to me and went over things and gave options and didn't up sale anything my animal didn't need. Most of all my animal wasn't scared to be there while being examined and gentle with animals. Will be my new vet place and they also work with other vet emergency places. Very reasonable.

We have been going to this vet since about 2008. We loved them for years. But these last few years, we haven't had the same confidence we once did. They just look at our dog quickly and give us a quick diagnosis and leave. It is hard to get someone to actually discuss what is going on. I finally had enough when I scheduled bloodwork for my dog, and they failed to tell me that she needed to have her thyroid medication 4-5 hours before the appointment. But the attendant scheduling the visit wasn't even sure and had to double-check. And then he kept interrupting me when I was talking. We didn't mind paying above average prices for vet care when we felt we were getting quality vet care. But it's no longer worth it, they have done too many things for us to be confident that we are getting quality care. Response to Pet Medical Centers Comment: I did email Pet Medical Center and did not receive a reply. I guess they don't care to discuss it further.

Petunia started out at Pet Med about 14 years ago. She and I loved it but a move caused a change, but we are so grateful to be back. The personal kind attention, patience, and knowledge and communication are unmatched anywhere in Fresno in my opinion. Thank you and we both send much ❤️
