I brought my elderly dog Dalia here on an emergency appt a few weeks ago, and the vet did everything he could do to try to determine her issues. I wont go into great detail, but it took many different tests. and doc was generous enough to run them one at a time so I didnt have to pay unnecessarily for testing. We were unable to determine her exact issue, so I brought her back a couple weeks later where she was tested and diagnosed with severe kidney failure. If it wasnt for them getting me in same day for an emergency appt, I would have had to make my dog suffer unnecessarily. And for that, I am Forever grateful that they have emergency same day appointments available. The staff here is incredibly kind, and I am glad that we were able to get my dog the care she needed. After our appointment on Tuesday this week, we made one last visit to the beach. Thank you to the staff, I appreciate yall.

Coulda swore you called me yesterday for an appointment today. Glad I was wrong! Her got such a good sunshine spot and I didn't wanna wake her! (And sunshine on her butt helps her arthritis.

My Furbaby got into the garbage and made herself so very sick. On day three I called her vet as my home remedies were pointless. They were talking about 2 more days of her suffering! Thank goodness they referred me to PetMed! They took her right in and gave her medicine that stopped her urgency to vacate her bowels. Two days later she was good as new. Thank you PetMed !!

If you love your pet, don’t take it here! They don’t care about animals, all they care about is money. My dog was injured today, they worked her in immediately, which was great. They cauterized her ear, lightly bandaged it, and put a cone on her. She slept the remainder of the day due being heavily sedated. The moment she woke up and found the strength to come to a stand, all of the bandages fell off and caused blood to pour out of her ear. I immediately called and asked for help, their response was to bring her in the next day, and I would have to pay for treatment again ($700+) and for them to re-wrap the area. If you bring your pet here, be prepared to pay double because they won’t do it right the first time but will expect you to pay for their mistakes. No integrity. R -Renee Y
