Pepperell is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Pepperell is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Massachusetts's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I do not recommend this place. I brought both of my dogs here back in the beginning of the year to only get their nails cut and we had to stand in the freezing cold in line for someone to come out to assist us. You're not allowed to wait inside. The lady who does the nail cuts was very rude and ignored my dog, just grabbed her leash and practically dragged her inside. Mind you she is 10 years old and already nervous as it is. I will never be coming back here.

They were considerate and kind to our anxious dog. We were worried she wouldn't be still for them, but they were prepared and kept her comfy. They answeredy many questions to help me do better home care.

Our pup - a mini poodle- had his first appointment here back in October. I think they did an OK job on him. We then scheduled his next appointment right then and there for early December. Less than 12 hours before the appointment they called and canceled our appointment because they had a medical procedure done the day before. Fine, I understand but she scheduled us 6 weeks out! He is a poodle and he needs regular grooming. Which meant there was now 12 weeks between his appointments. She also mentioned in the call that she was able to groom some dogs but not others with this condition/medical procedure which sounded a little weird, and that she had the procedure 2 days prior to our scheduled appointment - which meant she waited the last possible second to cancel our appointment. I was nice I told her we can do that. Fast forward to January where they called again less than 12 hours before the appointment time to cancel due to family reasons. I get it, its family but this is the second time in a row that this happened. I called her the next day to reschedule an appointment and left her a voicemail and she didn’t even call me back after one week. Not taking my dog back there again. S
