The only groomer my Shih Tzu puppy Jimmy goes to. I am sure he can be a handful sometimes, but Chris always does a nice job on him.

I have brought my dogs here every 6-8 weeks for nail trims for the last two years. I have a little older dog and a Doberman and they do great with both of them. They cost about 1/3 is what the vet charges me and do a much better job. We always go on a Saturday and they always get us in and are quick but do a great job! Everyone we had worked with there are always so friendly too!

When I called to reschedule an appointment, the front desk lady was yelling, talking over me and telling me that I need to find a day during the week that will work instead of Saturdays. Who the hell does she think she is!!! CRAZY & RUDE!!! She needs to learn to be respectful and courteous. The dogs don’t pay the bill. I don’t recommend them. UPDATE 6/22/2026: My neighbor brought her poodle here only one time and they cut her poodle's afro lopsided. She said she called to complain and they told her she should have said something before she paid for the service and left with her dog. She told me she did not notice it until she got home. The same lady that was RUDE to me was also RUDE to my neighbor. She says she will never do business with them again either. They did the same thing to twice! My dog's ear fringe was cut and they did not tell me. I noticed it when I got home. I called them and her groomer admitted it. The very first time I started bringing my dog here I clearly communicated to her groomer that her ear fringe and tail fringe were NOT to be cut nor trimmed. Another time her groomer did not clip her toenails and DID NOT TELL ME when I came to pick up my dog. I noticed it

I had a deeply distressing experience with Pet Grooming By Audrey LLC. After a few weeks of ER visits and finally being admitted to the hospital for several days, I had a co-worker checking in on my dogs. Since one of my dogs was overdue for grooming, I needed a groomer urgently and brought him to Pet Grooming By Audrey LLC. From the moment I dropped him off, I felt uncomfortable with the blank stares I received from the staff. Sadly, being a Black male, this reaction didn’t surprise me. I was told my dog would be ready by 1 p.m., but I never received a call. When I reached out to check on my dog, the manager said he was “underweight” and his coat was “extremely matted.” I explained that I was aware of the matting—that’s why I brought him in to be groomed—and informed her that his weight is due to a medical condition he’s had for years. To my shock, she told me they had no intention of notifying me further and that they had already contacted the Nebraska Humane Society, accusing me of “neglecting” my dog. My dog was placed in the shelter based on these false claims, leaving me fighting for his custody. My dog is also my emotional support animal and has been with me for nearly thre
