Would be better with higher secure points for bigger dogs in tubs. Give more time options for different size dogs

Set up is nice, reasonable price as well. Unfortunately, after my 12 minutes was up. And I was trying to add more minutes with my card, it accepted only 1 more minute with payment and than it did not allow a 2nd payment to go through. When full time was up, and I attempted to pay with card for another full 12 minutes, since my dog was still wet and full of soap and I needed to rinse her off still, it would not allow me to make a card payment- no reaction on the machine that it recognized I was trying to pay. I had to download the app, setup the app, add money, scan the small qr code on the machine and than it accepted a payment. Very frustrating when you are wet, soapy and covered in fur, with a wet soapy dog. It was not a pleasant experience, and will not likely use it a 2nd time.

I found the whole setup super convenient, with exception of no towels. Because there were no towels, drying took longer. However, the ease of choosing cycles was wonderful and the nonslip rubber mat and crate height was perfect! It took 2 cycles to complete my wash and dry, but I figured it would because I have a standard Australian Shepherd. LOTS of hair! Many other reviewers commented on no brushes, however I was grateful there were no "community " brushes...GROSS and a terrible way to spread parasite eggs, etc.

Took my 14 lb dog , had hard time getting my card to swip and now it’s showing 2 20.00 charges. Only used the minutes allowed, did not add. The bath was good, could use towels which make the dryer more efficient

I knew from reading the sign this wasn't going to be a good fit for me, but my puppy really needed a bath and we were already there. For one, the timer is 15min. So 15min to wash, rinse, condition, rinse, and dry a dog. Seems impossible for a small dog, let alone a giant breed. And you can add extra minutes for $1 each, which I did, but each swipe was 1min and it was so slow I probably wasted 2 full minutes adding more minutes -_- they need to add modes for dog size. I'd have paid more for a longer wash based on dog size. The sign says to spend "4-6 minutes" completely drying your dog with "a towel and dryer" except there are no towels. And even the nicest dog dryer takes more than 6 minutes to dry a dog, and this dryer was average. The sprayer is quite nice though and the shampoo lathers up great. I admit I left the place kinda messy cuz nowhere does it say you have to PAY to rinse/disinfect the tub! I thought once your time ran out it would change to disinfect for x number of minutes but nope. I got my dog his harness and got him out of the tub and it just kept telling me to swipe a card when I tried to disinfect the tub. So that's 15min to wash, rinse, condition, rinse, dry, ge
