Tub in one of the stalls was left full of hair. Not this places fault, just inconsiderate users. However the nozzle in the stall is broken, you cannot adjust the pressure of the spray. So, from previous visits, the overall conditions have gotten worse. More maintenance needs to be done to keep it a good value the way it once was.

The experience was easy and overall good. There were a few issues we had like not being able to pause the timer on the machine. The biggest issue was that the disinfectant process is apparently included in your 15 min wash time. We didn't know that and were not going to pay $12 extra for something that should be free. If you want your equipment sanitized just let us do this step without being charged. It's hard enough to fit all the bath steps in and getting them out of the tub to sanitize it within 15 min. Luckily we have a dog blow dryer at home and were able to focus on just the shampoo and conditioner.

I couldn’t get the first machine to work because it wouldn’t connect to the wi-fi so I switched to the other one. It was clean and I like how it sits up higher so you don’t break your back. Water temp seemed okay but it was cold in there. Seemed like there was product when you selected the shampoo and conditioner and it smelled good. However, the hose to dry is way too short. I have a doodle so my main purpose is to use the high velocity dryer because otherwise it takes forever. I got the tuff of her neck dry and that was it. Couldn’t get her back side or her legs. Ended up having to bring her home to finish the job. I would have just washed her at home if I knew that would have been the case. If the hose gets extended so that you can actually use it then I’d be a returning customer but until then I wouldn’t recommend if you plan on trying to dry your dog.

Love the dogwash, but I get the (connect to WiFi’) about every other time I bring my dogs here. I have used your dog washing stations around 8 times with my two dogs. Please get this fixed. I didn’t want to wait for the couple of dogs that were being washed in the other station that was operating so I went to Petsmart and washed my dogs. You are loosing me as a customer and probably many others by the other reviews I have read.

Like others have stated, one of the 2 wash stations was unusable because it didn't have a wifi connection. The blow dry hose is about 2 ft too short and isn't long enough to dry the lower portion of a pet. There was so much fur on the station, I spent the first 30-45 seconds of our precious 15 min washing down the station. Tic & flea shampoo seemed empty. Reg shampoo ran out while washing. The facility looks really nice but ended up being a bit disappointing. Especially with the short dryer hose.
