They had a free event at the open space beside their store And it was awesome! Got so many freebies for my dogs And it was nice to see so many pets and pet owners gathering in on location There we booths for dog food and snacks There were also fenced area for the dogs to play and interact with other pups There were also adoption drives going on Good job to the staff and organizing team for making this event so successful and pleasant experience for those who attended

My dog doesn't love bath time, but this place makes it better. The biscuits are very very helpful

We’ve supported this location since day one when they opened, and yesterday was the last time we went there. This Pet Express location was built by people from the community, people like us. That’s why this experience is especially disappointing. They’ve already raised prices twice this year. $20 is still reasonable, but increasing prices without improving service doesn’t make sense. Just as an FYI, before entering, I always respectfully ask the front desk if they can turn the air back on after my time runs out, since my puppy has a double coat and needs extra drying. Today, they told me “yes, we will.” But once my time was up, they refused. That’s very misleading and honestly feels shady. My main frustration is the service. My dog is large with a double coat, so he needs about 10 more minutes after the wash. Because they refused to turn the air back on—even though they said they would—I had to spend an extra 15 minutes using towels just to get him dry. That actually slowed everything down and held up the line even more. So what’s the point of rushing customers out if it creates a worse experience for everyone? Ive been here a few times and it is such a massive store! They have everything you would ever need for your pet food needs. They also have a DIY bath section where you can bath your dog. We have a cat so we spent most of our time in the cat section which is not as large as the dog section. The DIY dog was station seems nice and very useful. A nice store and I recommend it! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They seem very happy!

Excited about this new location! The gorgeous washing station at the back will be great for messy pups leaving the beach. Parking is confusing. There is some directly behind on girard or you can go past it on old Mason and turn left into a larger parking lot.
