Pet Food Express

I wanted to leave a review as this pet store has the best employees. Always friendly, professional and well versed in products they sell. About 10 days ago my dog encountered a severe intestinal issue. He had been seen by sn emergency vet and I needed to piz him on a brat diet. I needed some broth to encourage him to drink so he could recouperate faster. I called this pasadena location. It was 5 minutes before they were closing and explained what was going on with my pet. Anastasia answered the phone, said she would wait and assisted me when I arrived right at closing, 8 pm. She was so supportive and helped me so much with the products I needed. This store has earned my business. All their employees are helpful and always well stocked.

Pet Food Express has all the food and treats my pet with specific health requirements needs! They have a variety of healthy treats that also have the deal of “buy three get the fourth free” which applies to many items in the store. We love getting the goat milks and cod treats with this deal. They also always seem to have things in stock when other pet food express stores have run out of stock. The staff at this location are always welcoming and helpful. They even do delivery now for convenience so that comes in handy when I do not have time to run to the store. Plenty of parking is always available at this location and there are pay stations, but the first 90 minutes are free.

The dog baths are awesome. We have been bringing our labs here for years. Friendly staff, clean bath area. If you buy four tokens at once it’s 4 for the price of 3! Good deal that keeps us coming back!

My wife and I stopped by here today before grabbing dinner next door. We saw a very cute corgi that was there and we were allow to pet her. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was worried about the parking in the back because I couldn't pay from the machine or through the app but the worker told me that they stop enforcing the time limit after 5 on the weekday.

We had so much fun using this drive through car wash. For dogs, they provided everything aprons. For the humans and towels for the canines, so fun to see their technology. And we happen to go to a time where hardly anyone was there. The staff were friendly and so were the visiting. Pets and their families This is the best place to be, especially when it's a 100° outside.
