My first time coming to the store to use the self service dog washing station. I arrived around noon and there was only one other dog there with all other stalls open. They have bathtubs, but they also have one ground level washing station perfect if you have an older dog or a dog you can’t lift up. $18 per dog for 25 minutes which was plenty of time to complete the wash and dry. Towels and shampoo included. It’s cool because the shampoo comes out of the water hose. There’s aprons for the humans to wear. The place was super clean and organized. I really enjoyed it and so did my dogs! My pups love getting pampered and this is a great alternative to having a grooming service & it’s a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!

i love coming here to wash my beautiful baby. she don’t like coming here though haha but today i went in to buy her more vitamins and was immediately approached by someone and asked if i needed help looking for something and found the probiotics i was looking for immediately for me and then proceeded to help me decided on which omega vitamins i should go with. i feel very happy with my choices she helped me go with today. i told the cashier to put in a good word for me on her awesome help and the cashier said that was the store manager!! so happy everyone there is HELPFUL and KIND. frosty the abominable snow dog and i will continue to shop and shower here :)

This is a great place. I come in at least once a week to bathe my dog in there shower stalls, which are always nice and sanitized. Other than that this is my go-to spot for treats and toys, Winter (my husky) really enjoys there Bully Hides with are buy 3 get the 4th free. Great Deal.

Went in today and the employees were on it: cleaning right when someone was finished with the sinks, not like my last visits (see below). They were very friendly and helpful. Seems like a new team. Upgraded to 5 stars :) I really like this place to wash my dogs because it offers shampoo, conditioner, a blower to dry your dog and towels all for $15. However, the last couple of times I went a few months back, a couple of the sinks were occupied and another two unoccupied but dirty and the employees were just behind the counter not busy, I had to ask them to clean them. Also, make sure to take your own brush to comb down the hair on your dog while you wash.
