I purchased a black dwarf baby bunny from this store. The customer service is impeccable. They make sure to answer all of your questions, and will find help if they are unsure. They really care about the customer and animals in the store. You should stop by to see if you have a forever friend waiting there for you.

Currently have 2 baby rats that I purchased from here with the intentions of keeping them as pets. Buying from pet stores as feeders is always a big risk, but they're the biggest, well behaved sweethearts anyone could ask for. They also have a large selection of other animals and products. My favorite pet store to shop at!

First time in Pet Fanatics and was blown away by the selection. It was wonderful to finally step into a REAL pet store, not a franchise with very little selection. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist. Definitely will be my go to from this point forward.

I live in Maumee, so I do not get to Oregon, Ohio, much. However, this store is packed with great pet inventory. Dawn in the fish dept was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was great to work with. Their prices are very competitive. This pet store is worth the trip!

Fulfilled my wife's life long dream of having a turtle. We arrived at Pet Finatics and knew we were in the right place. From the friendly greeting when walking in to making our way to the fish room. Here we spoke with Austin who was awesome. He helped guide us and answered all of our questions with understanding and knowledge. My wife was extremely pleased and so excited to finally have a turtle of her own. If you're in search of a great pet store look no further than Pet Finatics!
