Thank you to all the staff at PETS Never had to euthanize before, and everyone Was so supportive and helpful called that morning and was able to Get right in a room and was given as much time as I needed before the procedure. Friendly staff reasonable prices thank you very much

Dr. Mundi was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly evaluate our cat, Zelda, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She is so well-spoken, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you fully understand what’s going on with your pet. She answered all of our questions with kindness and never made us feel rushed. Her compassion and knowledge gave us so much peace of mind, and it was clear she truly cares about both her patients and their owners. We are so grateful for the care she gave Zelda and highly recommend Dr. Mundi to anyone looking for anyone needing a kitty ophthalmologist, she’s knowledgeable but also incredibly caring and compassionate. In May of 2025, I had my first experience with PETS when my five-year-old pup, Mazie, was very sick. After taking her in and having tests run, it was determined that she likely had T-cell lymphoma — not great odds. The staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what it meant and what my options were. They were compassionate, honest, and patient with us during such a difficult time. Ultimately, we made the heartbreaking decision not to let her suffer any longer. Every staff member showed so much kindness and compassion, and while it was far from an ideal situation, they were an incredible source of support. Fast forward to today — my dog Sully was throwing up and not eating, and I immediately had flashbacks to what happened with Mazie. I took him to PETS and once again received the same compassionate and professional care. Thankfully, Sully only had an upset stomach, but the staff still took the time to explain everything to me, including how his digestive system works and how the medications would help. No one ever wants to have to take their pet to an urgent care or animal hospital, but it makes all the difference when you’re treated with resp

I’ve been very happy and relieved with the care at PETS over the years. I have a cat (Boats) who needed a specialized surgery around her eye, and Dr. Mundy did the most beautiful job. Recently my other cat (Liddy) had a breathing emergency and PETS was able to get her the immediate care she needed. I feel confident in my cats’ safety and wellbeing when I bring them to PETS. Thank you very much to the whole team :-)

We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at this veterinary emergency hospital for the exceptional care and compassion they showed us during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Having to make the decision to euthanize our beloved cat Animal was heartbreaking, but the staff treated us—and our cat—with such kindness, patience, and dignity. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and made sure our cat was comfortable and surrounded by love. It was clear that everyone truly cares about both their patients and the families who love them. While we wish we had never needed their services under these circumstances, we could not have asked for more compassionate care. Thank you for helping us say goodbye with peace and grace.
