McAllen is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and McAllen follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Amazing experience! I brought my puppy after she had an allergic reaction from insect bites, and the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They treated her right away, and the swelling went down significantly after the treatment. I’m so grateful for how well they took care of her and for giving me peace of mind during a stressful situation. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Lana! Highly recommend! 🐶❤️

The staff here have been wonderful and caring for my dog. Dani had been a wonderful dog all of her life, and when she got an emergency blood toxicity event, they were sympathetic, communicative, and very caring about her throughout her life. I unfortunately had to make one of the worst decisions of my life and put her to sleep yesterday after realizing she had Congestive heart failure, and the staff were very patient and understanding with me and were very informative and caring throughout the final moments of her life with me. If love could have kept my dog around, she would have lived forever, but unfortunately life had other plans. I have also brought my other dog here on emergency visits, and they have always been wonderful and consistent in their care. Even over the 6+ years I've been bringing my pets here. People who complain about the money it costs for veterinary care are ridiculous. Seeing reviews here who complain about overpricing need to understand this is still a business that has to be run to pay employees, and continually deliver good care and veterinary medicine to the public. There is no question on their quality of care. I know sometimes we can lash out when we

I have taken 2 of my furbabies and a feathery baby here and have had nothing but great experiences. And they saved their lives. My dog got spayed at another clinic where they found a cyst and was very lethargic where she didn’t eat for almost three days and was bleeding more than usual from a spay. I took her to the Pet Doctor 911 in the middle of the night and they were compassionate. It was understandably pricey but thankfully I was approved for Care Credit. She stayed the night and with medication, supplements, & lots of TLC, she slowly made a full recovery. ❤️‍🩹 I am sure she would have died if I wouldn’t have taken her to them. I took my Cockatiel because he had build up in his crop. And they were able to clean it up and also had given me a partial refund from the deposit I made before the procedure. The exotics veterinarian also recommended me some food that he eats till this day and he is very healthy. That is how I know they are not doing this just for money. They truly care for your pets. My last visit was with my old girl, Teddy, where I found out about her congestive heart failure. The overnight veterinarian was very kind. If you do not have an appointment or they are ta

We took our small dog Thursday evening the 26th because it had been bit on its face causing his right eye to pop out and trauma to his face. The receptionist tried to get us seen right away but the rude lady Vet Tech said it was non urgent and didn’t even take a look at his wound. We waited for 2 1/2 hours in the lobby to be seen. When we were finally taken to the exam room, we were told that the Vet Tech would be in very shortly to start the process so our dog could be seen by the Dr. we waited another 2 1/2 hours and not a single person who was working there came in to see us. We got tired of waiting and decided to leave. We politely told the receptionist that we were leaving because not a single person went in to see us regarding our dog. She then apologized and said that she would call the Vet Tech to have them see us. Again we politely told her that we were leaving and not ever returning back for any other medical reason for any of our pets. The only person that tried to help us was the receptionist no one else. Thank God for Arroyo Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Michel and her staff for seeing us first thing Friday morning and working us into their schedule as a walk in. I don’t

I had a great experience with Pet Doctor 911. The service was excellent and very quick, which really put me at ease. The vet took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions without rushing. Most importantly, I loved the way my dog, Mimi, was treated. She was handled with so much care, patience, and kindness. This truly made a difference. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and their owners. I highly recommend Pet Doctor 911 to anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.
